Open space, including kitchen, comfy bed, couch and wood stove. There is an outhouse and water is provided for drinking, wash up and rinsing (no running water) Basic cooking utensils, small fridge, hot plate, coffee press and kettle. The cabin is in town, there are neighbors and general sounds of town. - 2 min drive to Main street-shops, cafes, pub, lake access, ice skating - 5 min drive to cross country ski trails, snowshoe trails and a sculpture forest - 15 min drive to ski hill and water spa There is a cedar sauna on the property you are welcome to use during your stay. Along with a simple outdoor / off grid shower for rinsing. Parking is on the street in front of the cabin. Please keep tight to the right for the snowplow and neighbors to get by.Simple cabin in town. Open space, comfy bed and wood stove. Perfect Overnight Getaway
I spent some solo time at the cabin a few weeks ago and have been dreaming of it ever since. I haven't slept better in months. The cabin is perfectly situated and in great area to go walking into town. It also has a cute little lounging area for hanging out indoors, too. It was really rainy during my stay, and the cabin felt like the perfect little hideaway. I would highly recommend it big thanks to its wonderful hosts :)

The cabin was perfect to get away from the city for a few days, yet was still close to town. It has all the essentials needed for a short stay and watching the deer outside every morning was a nice treat.

Cosy Cabin
Cabin was lovely! Bring your own chairs for the fire pit outside. Tom was a helpful host and responded as soon as possible to all questions. Tons of deer on the property which was very cool!

The Cabin
We loved the cabin! It's decorated so beautifully and has so many lovely touches. We loved using the sauna, the bed was so comfy and the deer were so friendly. Would love to come back. Also Haliburton village is so close, we walked our dog there and enjoyed the lovely park.
