This was a great camp site and very well taken care of by Alex. Nice little beach you can relax at, very quiet, and easily accessible. (Site #1 you can drive up to directly, and the rest are a short distance from parking, with wagons provided to help haul your stuff to/fro)

Private Suspended Tree Tent
Amazing site
Lots of privacy from other sites. Steep path to the vehicles but only 100m or so, very doable. Great view, private access to lake with private canoe. 2 fire pits, lots of shade cover. Tent itself is very cool, however it’s made for 3 single people because of triangular layout with access port in middle. Overall amazing site we would definitely come back and recommend

Great site with an even better host. Alex was accommodating and friendly. The views of the site are spectacular. And you're far enough from other sites as to barely hear anyone else at all.

Site 5, Maple forest
5 star camping experience!
Beyond expectations! It’s understandable why this place is rated #1 in all of Canada. This piece of land is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful forested area, super private camping experience, and access to a small private lake and beach area with free canoes, kayaks, etc. On its own the land is beautiful and allows for a great camping experience but what truly made our experience phenomenal was the hospitality and welcoming character of the owner, Alex. He truly cares about his land, his guests, and the experience and went above and beyond to make sure our camping experience was the best.
We stayed at site 5 (Maple Forest). It’s about a 10 minute walk from the parking. Upon arriving, Alex met us at the parking area to greet us and answer any questions. He had little wagons available to all campers to help move our stuff from the parking to our camp site which is as amazing.
One of the nights it was quite cold and after coming across Alex on a hike the next day we mentioned that the night was great but cold. He so kindly offered us an extra sleeping bag for the next night, and even dropped it off at our camp site for us.
He was so friendly and welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we were having the best time. Even let us fish on his private lake, keeping one of the fish we caught.
Truly truly truly amazing camping experience. We will absolutely be back, and will be recommending to all our friends and family. Thanks Alex!
