Our hosts were kind and their dogs were adorable:) Made sure we had everything we needed and helped us choose a site in the dark on our first night. Place was relatively quiet and had good community vibes!

Hidden Gem!
We recently spent an unforgettable weekend at a hidden gem of a campground, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This serene spot offers everything an outdoor enthusiast could wish for: pristine waters for fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming, all set against a backdrop of breathtaking natural beauty.
Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the tranquility of the area. The campsite was well-maintained and provided ample space for setting up our tent and enjoying some privacy. Sue and Mike are incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming, always communicative and full of great stories, and their two awesome dogs, Honey Bee and Bo, added even more joy to our stay. We will definitely come back again!

Very friendly hosts with very well-maintained land. The site offers anything you could possibly need and more. Anything from power outlets, to wifi, kayaks and running water was provided.
10/10 would recommend.

Amazing
I had the most wonderful weekend at Honey Bee Haven - very peaceful and tranquil, incredibly scenic…magical!
Most importantly, I felt incredibly safe here as a solo female camper. Sue and Mike were the kindest, most accommodating hosts and I fell in love with their sweet dogs Bo and Honey Bee.
The amenities available are wonderful and I will be coming back for as long as they’re on Hip Camp - I’ve definitely fallen in love with this special little hideaway!

This site was absolutely amazing! The waterfront view was stellar along with sleeping under the stars - perfect way to get away from the city! Additionally, the hosts are absolutely the sweetest and most accommodating with everything!
