Rocky Point Campground

This is one of Ft. Gibson Lake Campgrounds that have it all. There is a dollar general at turnoff for the campground, which allows you to stick up as well as a convenience store at the lake. It's run by the Corp of Engineer, so it is well maintained. That means a well maintained park, clean restrooms and friendly hosts. There is 30-50 amp sites as well as regular campsites. There are picnic tables, bar-b-que grills, fire pits and lantern poles at each site.
You'll also see that the park has old growth trees that supply a lot of shade during those hot summer days.
There are boat launches, fishing docks, a roped off beach area, and a pavilion.
