Geronimo Cabin, eco-preserve
I enjoyed our stay, sheets and bed were fine, easy to park and unload the car. We were attending a storytelling festival in the neighborhood so we didn't spend much time on the grounds but I'd definitely return.

Serenity Cabin
Serenity weekend
Me and my daughter arrived for our weekend getaway. Same day booking! We arrived at midnight and found that two ladies had accidentally mistaken our cabin for theirs and were there. The host was amazing and so kind and helped us figure it out asap. Within 10 minutes I was on my way to my cabin to settle in. He was amazing with my daughter and all of us. “He introduced her to her new favorite drink, organic lemonade!” He had alternate options if needed but all was sorted! The cabin was so cute and cozy (I would recommend the fire burning oven inside the first night). But the temperature was decently controlled in there and everything we could have needed was there as well! The grounds were clean and serene. Serenity cabin was very secluded and peaceful. I would recommend an suv or bigger to get to this cabin. My fusion hardly made it, thankfully I had my explorer awd as well. Anytime I needed the bathroom or my daughter did, the main host cabin had flushable toilets most of the day available. Never had a wait. We even got a nice warm shower with no wait! Just be prepared for the mosquitos, they can be ruthless. I can’t wait to book another stay, couldn’t be more happier with the cabin, grounds and Adam. Also, follow his directions, not the maps!

Shamballa Cabin, eco-preserve
Rugged paradise!
Looking for the rugged experience? This is the right place. Quiet, peaceful and disconnected. There aren't many places like this one left in California where you do have basic amenities but it is still kept simple and rugged so you trully disconnect and experience the outdoors. Multiple water holes near by as well as interesting hikes.

Maidu Park Campground
We loved our stay here. We brought our Highlander and teardrop trailer. The land was indeed beautiful and magical. I have never seen so many happy Madrone trees in one spot. Adam was very nice welcoming and helpful. We definitely plan to come again, possibly in one of the cabins which are beautiful and looked very comfortable.

Beautiful spot. Lots of space between campsites. Shower and bathrooms are clean and fit right in with the campsite vibe. Great water pressure.
