Off The Grid Furnished Tent
AC was not on for the duration
I could be wrong about this, but I did not read anything in the notes and the amenities that the AC would be turned off after midnight. The gentleman named Brent told me that the power was supposed to be off by midnight, and he kept it on till 3:30 AM and then after my party, and I realized it was turned off and shortly later meeting up with Brent I had let him known that the AC was off to which his reply was, it was supposed to be off by midnight, but left it on until about 5:30 in the morning, not knowing, and being aware of the AC being turned off my group, and I were very disappointed in the fact that we were not aware that the AC was not for the whole duration of the time that we rented it out for. Brent had told me that it is expensive to keep the generators on to keep the AC running to which I replied. I thought that is what we are paying for to his reply was well, I will turn it back on for you guys, not knowing that he set a timer to have it shut off at a certain time and that time ended up being around 5:30 AM, and because the weather was so hot out, my guests and I were not able to sleep for longer than three hours, because the tent had gotten so heated up and stuffy that it was unbearable to keep resting through and so we packed up our things and left before the checkout time because it was getting so hot that we couldn’t even stay in the tent any longer. It was cooler outside than it was inside the tent. We thought that this was Brent’s way of getting rid of gues

Would recommend
Brent was very helpful. Everyone was extremely friendly. Very clean bathrooms and the hot tub was great at night. Two-mile hike to river and hot springs. Trailhead on property. We would recommend it.

Hot Springs Trailhead Camping
Desert camping
We enjoyed our camping trip in the desert camp ground. We went in July and it was really hot. Make sure you bring a canopy since shades are limited. Morning and evening scenery were beautiful. We got to watch the Sun and Moon rise above the mountains. It was a really cool experience and would definitely go back again when it’s cooler.

Hot Springs Trailhead Camping
Great stay and the Bowen Ranch
This is the original Bowen Ranch and it feels like it. The people who live and work there - Bob & Bob, Jessica, Sherri - are wonderful, dedicated, friendly and authentic. We had a great time and spent the whole day at the deep creek pools and lake. When we came back around 5 pm Bob helped locate Jessica and Sheri who then spent the next two hours helping us zip line - and those zip lines are the real thing; 1000 feet long, rushing over the canyon below.
Great time and we will certainly come back

Off-Grid Hot Spring Glamping Tent
This place is so cool!
The tent we got was very cozy and the hike towards the hot springs is long but awarding. Highly reccomend to bring a LOT of water because the heat out here is no joke.

Private Hot Spring Oasis Cave Cabin
Unexpected amenities, lots of privacy, and a great spot for an intimate gathering of friends. Will be coming back. Heads up the bathroom is up a steep hill. Not a ton of room to pitch tents but we made it work. Hard ground, bring a mallet.
