Hello hip camper! Nestled in the heart of nature's untouched beauty, lies a hidden gem perfect for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This secluded three-acre campsite offers an exclusive retreat into the wilderness. Setup your tent and enjoy some serenity before and after exploring the beautiful northern Sierras. The property is located just off I 80 in the small town of Alta. There are no restrooms on site But a quick five minutes to Gold run rest area. Places to check out. Euchra bar hiking trail in Alta(experience hiker) Steven trails in Colfax Rollin lake in Colfax. Pennyweight trail in Colfax Lake valley in Emigrant Gap Emerald Pools in Emigrant Gap

Zen and so pretty!!
Taylor and Chris were amazing hosts! The nature, beauty, and stargazing was spectacular! It felt very private and was so relaxing. We are already planning on coming back! This spot is a great find 🥰

Friendly hosts!!
I had such a great time camping with my friends here. Taylor and Chris were so friendly and gave us great tips! Nice lakes and a river nearby! Running water and multiple spots to camp in! My friend accidentally cut his thumb with his Knife and Chris was kind to give us info on nearby hospitals and offered some of his own supplies to help. Great spot, just make sure to bring lots of bug spray hahaha. I’d definitely book here again!

Great campsite, easy freeway access but do not feel close to a road at all. Very kind and welcoming host. Two of the owner's dogs greeted us on the way in and kept us company!

Minimal but magical is how I’d describe Taylor & Chris’s sites. Make sure you understand what you need and don’t need to be comfortable. Each site had they own fire ring and picnic tables which was a plus. Our hosts did a massive communal bonfire for the holiday and it added a lot of fun to the trip. Would recommend and come back in the future.

Great quiet spot
Great spot in the woods with a nice clearing. Quick access to the freeway, very quiet, very nice people. Exactly what we were looking for.
