Sito was a great host. Gave us the best site (right by the river) when we arrived. We had a Sunday reservation for Father's day and didn't have a neighbor so it was so nice. He warned us about alot of mosquitoes at sunset so we were aware. The sound of river was so nice and relaxing. Will come back again.

We really loved campsite 11R! Wonderful site next to the river and plenty of space. The showers and bathrooms were nice and had hot water. Our only caveat was that for our liking it was a bit too secluded feeling when we arrived later in the day. Not many other campers on a Sunday-Monday and no camp host until the following morning with our later arrival so it was a little eerie in that regard and some difficulty contacting host upon arrival. Ring camera at the site entrance and wifi available but we eventually got contact through the ring camera. The site over all was well kept and looked like it would be fun at a more lively time.

Camp site was close to each other. There was no portable water service during our stay and main entrance bathroom was closed due to water issue . All the porta potty was nasty and looks like wasn’t clean for several days . No toilet paper , no hand soap .
Camp site is nice and a good time by the river . Would have been best if there was no issues with toilet .

Choose this campground!!!
This campsite was amazing! Activities such has horseshoe, volleyball, fishing, and it even has a small store (shampoos, art, razors, etc.). We stayed right next to the creek/river. Has showers with hot and cold temperatures. Would definitely be coming back.

We loved the location and tranquility of River Ranch, and especially the wonderful caretakers of the land — they were truly the highlight. Mid May was warm enough to dip toes into the streams but did also invite many mosquitoes at dusk — remember to bring bug spray
