Stay at the resort to enjoy the rural beauty of the Delta and spend your days fishing, crabbing, and exploring all the Delta has to offer. The peaceful friendly atmosphere of the campground will have you relaxing the stress away on the patio or under a shade tree. One of the unique things about this area of the Delta is that you can still ride a car ferry to and from Ryer Island. How many people you know can say they have driven their car on a ferry? Don’t want to venture onto a ferry, or you are towing you can use the bridge route to Snug Harbor and Ryer Island.

Waterfront Cottage Loft

Rude host

Host was not friendly, even rude at times. Hung up on my husband and wouldn’t answer my text when I asked about buying some firewood. We left the premises a day early and I sent him a text letting him know that and never received a text back, asking why we were leaving early or even a thank you for letting him know.

Waterfront Cabin on the Point

We came here to celebrate my child’s third birthday. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed our peaceful stay very much. We spent time kayaking and fishing.

Waterfront Cottage Loft

We had a nice and peaceful stay for the weekend. My husband enjoyed the fishing and my kids enjoyed kayaking. If the ferry is running, it would have saved 30 miles in driving distance. You need to call to see if the ferry is working or not and would advise to call first instead of taking the long non-ferry route to save you a 30 miles extra drive (Delta Ferry Hotline (510) 622-0120). Tent Site

Not very private but very safe and clean. Helpful staff and well stocked onsite retail store. Perfect for a beginner camping trip. Or if you own a boat, this is a great place to stay. My thanks to Snug Harbor for hosting a lovely weekend.
