Explore the Toiyabe Crest Trail and Arc Dome Wilderness with a stay at Columbine Campground.
This site has a canyon setting on Stewart Creek, and a stock loading ramp for campers with horses. It’s just perfect for covering ground in more than 70 miles of trails at high altitude. Be prepared to supply your own water.

One of the best campgrounds in Nevada. Its nice a nice change to get up into a little, lush, green, oasis. Stewart Creek even has some small brook trout. As of August 1st, 2019, the access road is mudded out pretty bad, trails have been blazed overland, through the sage but you'll need high clearance.
