Boat, canoe, and kayak rentals are available—and, established as a memorial to U.S. veterans, this park also features a museum with aircraft (including a Boeing B-29A), armored vehicles, uniforms, weapons, medals and other items from the Revolutionary War through the Gulf War. I camp here several days a week with my small camper and it is a great place to enjoy an evening by the fire and a quiet night's sleep without being disturbed.
