Yup, the cabin is available to rent throughout the year, and each season offers up something special for nature nuts. You’ll be shacking up in a valley along the creek, and moose, elk, grizzlies, bald eagles, and other wildlife call this serene landscape home. There are plenty of trails that head up into the foothills of the Beartooth Mountains, and you just might be able to catch a fish or two in the creek. As for the cabin, it’s equipped with an electric stove, cookware, plates, lights, a wood burning stove, and a few other basics. However, it doesn’t have water, so be sure to prepare for that important detail!

We are a live music venue that offers unique, rustic-yet-comfortable accommodations in the heart of the Paradise Valley. These are tent spots….nothing more! If you are looking for private camping, this isn’t the place. The spots are close together and they are directly next to our concert venue within earshot of the live music likely happening right next door. Music ends around 11pm. Every stay comes with two tickets to that evening's show each night of your stay. (Seriously. And you don't even have to contact us to confirm this. You 100% get 2 tickets for each show.) You will have access to a combination of port-a-potties and shared-but-private bath suites. We have Inside Venue Tent Spots that are within the fence. And we have Outside Venue Tent Spots that are approximately 300 yards away but on our property. None of our spots have direct vehicle access. You will have to park your vehicle and walk to the tent spot.

We have an outdoor arena, indoor arena, a bathroom, barn stalls, barn stalls with runs and paddock areas for horses. We are located exactly 2 miles from the interstate south of the lovely town of Livingston. We will not allow large party gatherings for local concerts. Learn more about this land: Quiet, private place with views of the Crazy mountains and the Absaroka mountains south of Livingston that caters to overnight people camping with their horses. We are allowing people to stay without horses. There is plenty of room for larger rigs. Electricity may be available depending on availability and the area you chose to camp in. We are 2 miles exactly from the interstate south of Livingston and 50 miles from Yellowstone Park. There is a bathroom with a sink and toilet for usage by guests. We have a playground open for use by our guests. Our place is close to shopping, restaurants, and fuel stations. We are also less than a half mile from the Yellowstone River. Horses can be boarded for $25 a night per horse.

Remote subdivision on 4500-foot ridge, 10 miles from Columbus exit 408, off of Interstate 90. Your camping spot is near the road for easy access, but the road is private and dead-ends just beyond my property, so traffic is very minimal. I aim to treat all my guests as if you were a long-time friend. I try to be your personal concierge, so anything you need or want to know, just ask.

Miner Creek Campground

Nestled on 60 acres you'll find a private campground in a cottonwood grove just across a log bridge over Miner creek. Further down the gravel driveway you'll find a second campground that is tucked way back in a secluded cottonwood grove. The campgrounds are just 5 minutes to the charming historic downtown of Livingston and the Yellowstone River, 20 minutes to Bozeman and an hour to Yellowstone National Park. Dogs are welcome, as long as they are friendly to other dogs. Our dogs freely roam the property. Miner Creek Campground 1 has a picnic table, fire ring (bring your own firewood), two hammocks, solar lighting, a small portable charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) and an outhouse. Although you can car camp at the Campground 1, please note that the camper parking spot is just off the driveway, and not across the creek where the tent site, picnic table and fire pit are located. Campsite 3, The "Not for the Faint of Heart" campsite, is just that! It's a 1-2 minute hike from the parking spot on an uneven trail through the trees. It has a fire ring (bring your own firewood), two camp chairs, solar lighting, a small portable grill (bring your own charcoal) and a small portalet. Do NOT rent this tent site unless you are ready, to explore and do not need to be close by your car. Make sure you arrive before dark because although the trail is lit by solar lights even with headlamps it can be tricky to find your way through the trees. The trail is tight and uneven and closed-toed shoes are highly recommended. The creek is not right by the tent site like it is in the "Creekside Oasis" campsite. There is a small break in the bushes that gives creek access. For both sites we recommend storing your food in your vehicle overnight.

Additionally, it's IMPORTANT to keep all food and trash properly stored AT ALL TIMES! to avoid attracting bears and other wildlife. At night, you can relax and unwind in your cozy tent or RV, listening to the soothing sounds of the nearby creek as you drift off to sleep. Wake up to the crisp mountain air and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Plus, we are less than an hour from Gardiner Montana and Bozeman, Montana. -Only 15 minutes from the music venue, Pine Creek Lodge for summer outdoor concerts. -Chico Hot Springs less than 30 minute drive into Paradise Valley. You can still get into Yellowstone National Park via the West entrance about 2 hours away. Flood has not shut us down, still lots to do and see.
