Parkhurst Campground is a great spot for equestrians.

Visitors will find parking pads for horse trailers, corrals, and tethers. There are also miles and miles of equestrian trails nearby. It’s just a short walk (or trot) to some great views of Pipestem Lake, Pipestem Dam, and the surrounding prairies. You can also leave the horse at home and head out for a hike or ride on a mountain bike—take your pick!
