No alcohol allowed in building at any time. No alcohol on trails or in any motor vehicle. •No leaving air conditioners on all day while you are out, no leaving air conditioner running all night. •Do not move fire pits. •Please secure your own valuables. The resort cannot be responsible for loss or theft. •The resort is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting in or around resort. •No washing cars, ATV’s or RV’s is allowed on property •Quiet Times are from 10:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M. •Garbage – Guest are responsible to pick up all their garbage and dump it in out campground dumpster located on the east end of the campground. •Please ask front desk if you have any questions. •Please do not park on grass or in vacant spots. •No removal or cutting of any trees, plants, or natural materials. •Use of firearms, archery, or any type of weapon is prohibited. •No FIREWORKS are allowed in the park. •Please do not walk through neighbor’s campsite. •5 MPH Speed Limit. •No major repairs, oil changing or radiator flushing may be done on property. • Fires are only allowed in our approved fire pits. Tents and all flammable items must be kept at least six (6) feet away from the fire pit. •No smoking in any building – complying with the Utah Clean Air Act. •All guest shall remove all personal property, debris and litter prior to departing their site. •If you do not occupy your reserved campsite by 10:00 A.M. on the following day of you scheduled arrival date, the site will be made available to public. •Disclaimer: Management reserves the right to change the rules and regulations at any time. Bear Valley RV & Campground Resort will not be held responsible for loss, damages or claims for damages to property or guest due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.
