No neighbors (unless you count the occasional cattle or sheep as it is open range). Starry skies, red cliffs, sage seas, junipers, howling coyotes: the Wild West at its best. Pull in your RV or pitch a tent. Lots to see and do in the area. The Piedmont ghost town and kilns are 15 minutes away. The majestic Uinta mountains are 30 minutes to the southeast on the Mirror Lake Scenic Byway. Check out the local bison herd (including its famous white bison) at Bear River State Park in Evanston. While there, walk around the Historic Depot Area and the Union Pacific Roundhouse and Railyards further to the west. The downtown stretch along Main St. is step back in time and the site of our local brewery (Suds). Up the road on I-80 is historic Fort Bridger. Fishing available at local reservoirs and Bear River.

You can rent Paddle boards or other camping gear/goods from us for an extra fee. We also offer a personal off roading tour for those who seek a unique adventure with our Sand Dune Jeep Safari. Our family of 6 took the leap and left the city life in order to reconnect to the land on this 11 acre property. We are in the beginnings of our homestead journey and hope to create a space for guests like you to enjoy our animal rescue, camp retreats for groups, classes on herbalism and camp for kids where they can learn basic survival skills. It is this love for nature and the gifts that it offers to us all that we want to share our land with others. We currently offer 1 Tent Site with a fire pit and an outhouse. There is also a large flat pad for parking an RV or if you're wanting to camp out of your vehicle you are free to use this space. We will be expanding and offering more sites in the coming months. This is wilderness camping so be aware that there is wildlife and that roads are bumpy. We have 4 curious dogs that may check you out, they are friendly however may bark and if you have pets of your own let us know so we can keep them from pestering you. Open to long term . Come crash in our yard and ski for the weekend! Just on the outskirts of Park City, we want to share our property with you. There is a fabulous view of the ski resorts and the Utah Olympic Park from our neighborhood. A couple miles off the freeway, so no road noise but easy access. 5 miles to Kimball Junction and 10 miles to Main Street or Park City Mountain. We sit on 2 1/2 acres in our neighborhood. This is a great place to stay if you want to explore the Park City area. Close to Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley if you want to come in for a ski weekend or an extended stay. Please inquire about available access during the winter. Great access to mountain bike trails right from the property. Glenwild Loop, Cobblestone and Flying Dog are accessible from the neighborhood. The Rail Trail is also accessible from the neighborhood and can take you to Old Town. A great eBike option. Visit mountaintrails.org for the many bike trails in the area. A great little hike up to ponds is a short distance away, also. Pet friendly but must be good around other animals. Our house is on the property and we have 2 large friendly dogs and cats. There are also deer and elk that cruise through our property and neighbors riding their horses down the street. Inquire about water and electric. We do not have sewer, but have a contact for a company that will come pump if you don't want to move, or, there is an RV park about 5 miles down the road that will pump for a small fee. This is a very natural place with awesome rock formations, abundant wildlife etc. I did find an ancient axe head years ago in one of the crevices. Up above camp is a rock formation I have always called "Mike Rushmore". Learn more about this land: This is a really cool place and I get a lot of compliments from those that have been here or have seen it. It's a hikers paradise with lots of rock features, sandy areas, tons of trees, wildlife and all the beautiful plant life of a high desert. The lake is close by for Fishing, kayaking, boating, or just a good ole swim about 10 minutes away. So, here is what you get on my 15 acres. Me, as your host to show you around and let you pick from several spots available where you would like to camp on the upper 5 acres for RV, truck, tent,, etc. I can accomidate whatever. For those that want the natural experience I suggest down below. So cool. There is no one right next to me to the north, south, east, or west. Very private. It is off grid.. However, potable water and generator can be available if needed for and extra fee. This place is absolutely amazing. Your host: Mike It's my place so I can do what I want. Need to make a pit stop or just looking for a short getaway? Camp Sage under the Milky Way is exactly what you get. This is a great rest area tucked away behind a hilly landscape and out of sight of Hwy 40. Wake up to the smell of sage where you will feel relaxed, calm yet experience the invigorating sense of earthy goodness. Go to bed under the stars and if you're a late nighter you'll be mesmerized at the sight of the stunning Milky Way. There is a tent pad able to fit up to 6 people, a fire ring and spacious horseshoe driveway for parking multiple vehicles or a small to midsize RV/Camper trailer. Newly installed is a rustic country style privacy fence. This is a no frills campsite where you will need to provide your own water, toilet and firewood (We can provide firewood for an extra fee). There is a rest stop with restrooms just down the road going east on hwy 40 if needed. Pack it in and pack it out.
