Nestled in a grove of mature pine trees you will see wildlife most days in the meadow. The views of the East Range are not to be missed. NOTE: This RV Park is under renovation. The location is 2 miles from downtown Pagosa Springs. If you are looking for a super bougie RV Park.... THIS IS NOT IT. There are several projects under way but we are not done. Enjoy reading your book in a hammock located in the common space. Experience all that Pagosa has to offer at an extremely reasonable cost. Tall Pines Mini Golf is within walking distance. Great place to grab a snack/drink. Follow the sign up the Jeep trail on the west end of the park.

The site was great and relaxing. It was super quiet and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful and even let us checkout late when we had an issue with our dog that we needed to get looked at. We would stay there again without hesitation and highly recommend it.

As Advertised
Exactly as advertised. Navigating the park was a little interesting but in the end I didn’t have any issues with my 35 foot fifth wheel. Per a previous review, it is a little difficult to find since there isn’t any signage. It’s just up the road (West) from Pagosa Pines RV Park, you’ll see a row of RVs and there’s 2 entrances. Overall it’s a great location and clean, there aren’t any amenities but again…exactly as advertised, it was just what I needed and expected. If you’re in the area and want a spot close to the springs I would definitely recommend.

I had to cancel when I arrived, the place has no toilets/showers and I was car camping.. it was stated in the description so my fault, and the host refunded me which was great. That said, charging 50$ for a place with no facilities, nice as it is, is a bit off.
