The cabin is 12' x 20' with a full kitchen, bathroom and loft sleeping with a queen bed and two-fold out sleeping chairs downstairs. Water is limited to a 200-gallon holding tank. Cabin includes Wi-Fi and Roku TV and heat. Winter months offer ice fishing and snowmobiling, and summer months offer boating, fishing and swimming. Hiking trails and more lakes nearby. Plenty of wildlife watching too! There is plenty of room for RV parking and/or camping and room for a campfire - invite your friends to camp! You can run a 120 extension cord from your RV to the cabin for electricity. Rental of the property constitutes agreement to the following: **WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR LOFT LADDER USE** **Assumption of Risk**: I understand that the use of the loft ladder involves certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.
