I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. There is a restroom/breakfast room off the pool area. This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff. I have WiFi and great cell service here. You must arrive by dark. My gates will be closed at dark. At night you will hear coyotes, you might see javilina. I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10. My place is 10 minutes from Coronado National Forest. The property is tranquil, peaceful, and quiet. You will see a lot of quail and other birds on the property. There are 2 varieties of quail who visit daily. Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. There is a clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available for your use. Each tent, and/or a place where people sleep is a campsite....in other words you can't book 1 tent camping site and then add your friends who come in their vehicle and set up a campsite. That is 2 campsites

Ranchito Paraiso - Peaceful Oasis

2 sites · Lodging3 acres · Benson, AZ
Imagine pulling through the gate into Ranchito Paraiso - a desert paradise, seemingly remote, but just minutes from the town of Benson. First, you will feel calm and peaceful. To the left, you will see an abundance of giant Mesquite trees and Kassandra - a lovingly renovated spacious RV nicknamed the Micro Mansion. Farther along, is the rustic elegance of Kasita Morada, the purple house. On your right, you will see the corrals for our sweet donkeys, Miss Fiona, Haiku, and Isla Preciosa, hanging out with their sidekick goats, Harley and Quinn. We live in a ranching community, so neighbors are few (there is a KOA across the north side of our unpaved road). You will love the stars and the moon and the quiet here at the Ranchito. It is a wonderful getaway surrounded by mountain views. The sunsets are magical and sunrises provide beauty and hope. The Ranchito is an artsy retreat with quirky yet elegant accommodations and a wonderful space to breathe, create, write, binge on Netflix, or just take a break to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine and bird watch. The donkeys and goats love our guests, and will patiently stand by for a brush, a cuddle, and a compliment while you sip your favorite beverage. You will be within 15 minutes to Kartchner caverns. Tombstone is 20 mins, whereas Bisbee, AZ vineyards and Tucson are about 40 mins away. The Ranchito is 3/4 mile north of I-10 and one mile from the Amtrak line that runs between LA and Texas. San Pedro golf course is a few hundred yards away, with delicious food and a dog-friendly patio. Even though the grocery store is two miles away, you will feel remote. Elegant glamping is available in a lovingly renovated RV named Kassandra and a custom DIY tiny home (Kasita Morada). Guests find both units quite stunning and well-equipped.

River Rock Cabin In Cascabel Az

1 site · Lodging10 acres · Benson, AZ
This old cabin has been refurbished and in use for several years. It is located in the fabled San Pedro River Valley, 35 miles from the closest town, Benson. Half of that distance is a dirt road, occasionally graded. It sleeps 2 with an additional bedroom space nearby in the 'penthouse'. This is wilderness. I require a 3 day minimum stay and 2 months maximum. Closed over the hot summer June-Oct 1. DOGS: a maximum of 2 on leash. The cabin has one double bed - towels, pillows and bed linens provided. Use of the additional separate bedroom goes for $25 a night. There is a counter for eating and food prep plus a sink and small refrigerator, a microwave, toaster oven and all sorts of electrical appliances for cooking. Heating is with a small pot bellied wood stove that came out of a caboose. Wood is provided. No air conditioning. You can hike right out the cabin door for miles and never see a soul. Sue will give you directions and where there are limitations. If you have a dog(s) with you, please understand they need to be under control. You may NOT leave them in the cabin/porch alone as dogs have ruined the porch screening and escaped for hours. The bathhouse is separate with a hot shower, colorful Mexican sink and a composting toilet. There is additional space and refrigeration for food storage for long term stays. Sustainability is a watchword in this community which is most concerned about the impact to the land and its creatures that we humans bring.

Cabins near Tucson guide

Overview

Sunny Tucson offers the best of southern Arizona, with glittering skyscrapers set against mountain silhouettes. While cabin rentals will place you further out of the city, the drive is worth it for the beauty you will find. You'll feel like you are camping inside of Saguaro National Park with a desert cabin surrounded by towering cacti. For an authentic Old West experience, stay in a cabin on a working ranch. Public cabin rentals are available in the Coronado National Forest. Take the Sky Island Scenic Byway to reach the higher elevations, leaving the Sonoran Desert habitat for a subalpine forest. Tucson cabin rentals come in all shapes and sizes, from rustic chalets to larger, luxury retreats. Many offer kitchens, bathrooms, free wifi, and more amenities. The best amenity, however, might be the skies visible in the night skies above. In the city, the Fourth Avenue District is a feisty arts district, burgeoning with galleries and restaurants.
