Property has electric and water utilities and a private bathroom with a shower as well as multiple outdoor showers and water access There is currently no heat and air hooked up to block cabin or RV so use as weather permits. There is also a 9 hole frisbee golf course leading to the property next to it which I stay in. Your welcome to use as you wish. Beautiful area. Great views. Close to town but in the middle of nowhere also. Any questions feel free to ask
