Really a beautiful site and definitely family friendly. Very clean toilets, running water all over, perfect fire pits and places to put your tent underneath big oak trees. My kids love seeing the baby goats, sheep, and alpaca hanging out! Highly recommend for all!

Weekend Trip to Splitrock Farm and Retreat

We had a great time. We stayed in the Oaks Communal area. Everyone was friendly and we ended up having a campfire with several other campers. The camp has goats and a Llama, a few camp dogs that protect them. These animals are just loose and mostly stay away from us but did let us pet them. It was very quiet and peaceful. Several other camper told us they went hiking on the property and it was enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Beautiful shady sites. Flush toilets. LOVED seeing the animals and enjoyed the fire pits. The only thing that put a damper on the vibe was a fellow camper who didn’t have his dog on leash, it went after a baby goat and if I hadn’t grabbed the baby it would have been killed. The guy was a real jerk about it. I don’t know why people can’t follow the rules. It wasn’t the campgrounds fault and I would most definitely stay here again 😎

Beautiful scenery. The Jurassic jungle was slightly more secluded than the other camp sites with plenty of shade. Will definitely go back!

We LOVED this place! Unreal views, wildlife, unique campsites,and friendly farm animals. The goats were my favorite! We also had our mountain bikes with us, so we got to explore the dirt roads throughout the 101 acre property. I was so sad we only had one night there.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this campsite! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed well-maintained grounds, and a peaceful, nature-filled atmosphere. The site was clean, spacious, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The campsite host was professional, helpful, and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, which made the whole experience even smoother and more enjoyable. It’s clear they truly care about their guests.

We loved staying at the dome tent. Chris left clear instructions to reach the tent. Everything was as described. Will definitely return.

Such a breathtaking place to get away from the busy life. Literally has everything you might need. And very clean. I would recommend come early to enjoy it as much as possible.

Everything exceeded expectations. There is so much to say. So many amazing areas and animals and views. The Joshua-Tree-like-rocks mixed in with the greenery is stunning. I couldn't stop taking pictures. We stayed at the "Spring" and had .5 acres+ all to ourselves with shade, all the animals, and a little tree platform where my kid read during the sunset. Showers and toilet were great, staff was helpful (open 3-7pm) and we'll be back a lot - trying new sites and areas each time. Absolutely love this place

GREAT energy at Splitrock! Highly recommend! The animals are precious and playful and move around throughout the day. The dogs loved me and looked into my soul! We have thoroughly enjoyed our walks and spelunking around, and the cool shade in the Oak Grove. Many amenities there on-site, and town is only about 10 minutes away. Always woke up refreshed and inspired. All residents and owner were kind, considerate, friendly, and helpful.

2 nights at Splitrock Farm and Retreat

Could not have asked for a better stay!! We came out to celebrate my dog’s 10th birthday and had the most beautiful/memorable time. Camping spots were nice, bathrooms clean and workers very friendly. Favorite part was definitely interacting with the farm animals and letting my dog walk around the beautiful land. Can’t wait to book my next visit!

We had an amazing time at Splitrock! The hosts we talked to were friendly and helpful. The views were absolutely stunning, and it was conveniently a 15 minute drive away from any stores you’d need. We would most definitely come back!!

We camped for 4 days, great days, really peaceful. I was looking to unwind and just get away to relax; take in the outdoors with my family. I was thoroughly pleased with everything Splitrock had to offer. Ben has something special in mind for this place, and he’s hitting the mark.

Absolutely amazing! This was our third time here and each time this site has improved, improved, Improved. Beautifully green, cute animals, and a great big floof to wake up to. One of our favorites!
