Only registered guests are allowed on the property to ensure everyone’s safety and privacy. Well water is available at no charge as long as the temperature is above 45. We suggest filtering if you would like to drink it. There are no restrooms or dumping. With flat land and easy access, both RVs and tents are welcome. The site is close to W Hwy 24 for easy access to all the area has to offer. Due to the proximity to W Hwy 24 there is road noise. The hosts, Crystal, Abraham, and their dogs, reside on the property in a tiny 1960's cabin. They are happy to share with you the local eateries, bars, and favourite hiking places. Nearby Attractions: The North Pole, Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, the Cog Railway, Manitou Incline, Sun Water Spa, Woodland Park, Florissant Fossil Beds, Green Mountain Falls with its world class hiking and so much more.
