Bought this Florida home in early 2021 that is energy efficient and withstands strong storms well, but not storm proof. Worked diligently for three years to upgrade and improve the property.

Jeff and I live on the property that is also shared with other vacationers. We have 3 rooms as short term rentals, each have a separate entrance and bath. All guests share outdoor common areas, pool, fire pits grill area and gas grill.
