It was a great spot to pull off for a nights stay, Bathrooms available including a shower for any Car Campers that book it! Close to the I-20. We didn’t meet any of the Animals that Call the Land home but my pup loved all the new smells.

My stay coincided with some crazy high winds and large storms. The campsite was pretty awesome. All the animals welcomed us and it was a very pleasant stay bathrooms were clean very peaceful. My teardrop camper has a regular plug not an RV plug and I forgot my adapter, so that’s probably the only thing I would recommend is they have an adapter for those that don’t have RV plugs but otherwise it was pretty amazing. love the doggies, the horses, and all the other animals on the ranch

From the moment I booked, I knew I was in for a treat with Kathleen as our host. She’s got communication skills that would make your grandma jealous—responsive, friendly, and just all-around awesome before, during, and after our stay. Now, let’s talk about the welcoming committee: Wade and Willow. These two are the real stars. They’re a whirlwind of laughs, and I had the pleasure of staying in rv site #1 during one of those massive storms that seemed to have no end. But did Wade and Willow flinch? Nope. They took their job very seriously, spending the entire storm under my camper, only leaving to do their "patrols" (read: checking for snacks and chase the lightning away). These two are basically giant, well-behaved snuggle machines that can never get enough scratches—seriously, it's like an endless buffet of love.
The farm animals? Don’t even get me started. They were straight-up fabulous. And The sunset before the storms rolled in? Breathtaking. If you’re looking for a place to recharge, I can’t recommend this spot enough. I’d go back in a heartbeat—just make sure to bring some extra treats for the real MVPs (Wade and Willow, obviously)

We had a good time but our dogs had a GREAT TIME checking out the goats and ponies and playing with the Liberty fluffs, Wade and Willow. They had a little too much fun trying to dig up the goat fence.. 😖 Kathleen was so gracious and kind about it. We were so embarrassed. We've done a lot of camping and they've never done anything like that. Pro tip: keep your dogs away from the fence.
Outside of us being the problem, everything was great. It was actually really sweet that every morning the dogs were super excited to see each other. Like it was the highlight of their day.
We did some riding and got some incredible sunset photos. Highly recommend for an overnight stay. This place has way more than five stars.

We were able to walk around and meet all the animals. Very peaceful. Great communication with host lovely sunrise and sunset.
The sites are very close to each other. This did not bother us, but some may not care for.
We wanted to get away from the norm of park camping. This was fun and very easy access.

Fantastic place to stay and camp. Easy to get in and out. The host dogs were sooo friendly and our dogs loved wrestling with them. Five stars. Highly recommend. Will be back again.

I absolutely loved camping on Kathlene’s land. The rv sites were very convenient and offered full hookup! There are three sites and it’s very spacious with beautiful views of the farm. The animals were so sweet and we really enjoyed walking and watching the sunset. We highly recommend and hope to come back!

I absolutely enjoyed my DAYcation on the ranch. Kathlene and her husband were very warm and welcoming. All the animals on the property were a joy to meet and greet. The beautiful sunset was the icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend staying here.

10/10 recommend! We were looking for a last-minute stop to sleep on our way home to Florida and this was perfect! The RV sites are incredibly accommodating, and it was great to be able to wake up and walk the dogs early morning around the property before we left. I appreciate the accommodations and quick communication even though it was a holiday. We will be back!

My wife and I were impressed with everything to do with our camping trip to Liberty Stables. The full hook-up camping site was large and easy to back our travel trailer into. The welcoming committee Walt and Willow (their two huge dogs) were very friendly and seemed excited to see us. Liberty Stables is a working horse stable so it is rustic but well maintained with many different animals available to pet. I would certainly camp at Liberty Stables again when I am in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Liberty Stables. We met Josh and the 2 beautiful dogs (Wade. & Willow) upon our arrival. The site was very long with hookups in the back so you may need an extra hose or electric cord. We were in Site 1 next to the goats who were very cute and surprisingly quiet. We did hear a train but only during the day so it was not a distraction at all. Very quiet for sleeping and we felt safe on the property. John & Kathlene were very accommodating.

Enjoyed our 2 day stay because of the closeness to Loganville Soccer games. The sites need some attention to the grass area where holes & uneven areas.
Could twist a ankle if not careful! The 2 dogs were friendly and can get a little much after a while, could not eat outside without them being all over you. Staff was very friendly & nice! Helpful with info.

Spanning 3,200 acres, Stone Mountain Park is one of the most-visited spots in Georgia. You can't help but gawk at the huge quartz mountain looming 825 feet high. While you're there, hop on one of the hiking trails, ride the scenic railroad, or take the tram to the Stone Mountain summit. The park campground has almost 500 campsites (no kidding) and includes RV sites.
If big crowds aren't your thing, check out Sweetwater Creek State Park. The quiet hideaway is a lush haven for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. At Panola Mountain State Park, rugged mountain trails abound. It's easy to forget downtown Atlanta is only 20 miles away.
If you're camping with kids, Red Top Mountain State Park is a solid choice. Nestled on Lake Allatoona, the park has 15 miles of trails, a swimming beach, and a marina with boats for rent.
