Very nice layout! The shelter was awesome and it definitely helped cut down on the cold wind that blew through our first night. My son and I loved the area and chopping up some wood. Very close to some nice fishing spots. Host was very responsive! Will definitely be coming back.

Loved the land and have been multiple times. The hosts are fantastic and attentive people. A lot has gone into the land. Rich history as well. This is a great place to overland if you love your 4x4 like we do and want to use it. Shuttle up the mountain if you do not have the capability. 10 out of 10!

Absolutely wonderful spot tucked away in the mountains. Rich history of the land. 4x4 required and if you overland like us the access trail will make you smile the whole way. One of the coolest spots we have been. Tab and Sarah were amazing people. Lifted 2021 Ram Warlock made it just great with no scratches. Big truck on trails of course but ready to do it again. Lots of hiking trails to who knows where and some great off roading and camping. There is an actual bar/stage completely off grid back there too. So cool!

7 nights at Your Toccoa River Cove!

This was my third stay at George’s place. It is absolutely fantastic. It is so serene! I look forward to staying there more each time I visit. Lots of hiking trails around the property and many more just a short drive. The campsite feels very remote, but you’re not far from town. There are many great restaurants in Blue Ridge. Also, I highly recommend the drive-in theater on the weekends!

I could not recommend this cabin enough. It was exactly as expected, enough space for us and our dogs, plus kitchen necessities! It was such a nice getaway and would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this spot!!! Tucked back and secluded, with easy to follow directions. We had a family of deer visiting each day, and the sound of the babbling stream and bird songs were beautiful to wake up to. George was very prompt and helpful with both hiking and firewood recommendations. We had rain for many of our booked days, and we were still so happy here. Definitely recommend!

This little Farm was so cute and everything was set up so nicely. I will totally stay here in the future maybe when the weather is warmer or in one of the tiny houses rather than a tent. Very much recommended!!

I just want say to it was a pleasure staying on the farm its a beautiful place! and I would love e to stay there again. thanks for having me. it was my first time camping, on the second night I heard foot steps around the tent. But the big white Dog can't remember is name was barking it sounded like he was close by the tent but I felt safe because when he started barking the foot steps I heard outside my tent was gone, good boy chasing of what ever was outside my tent. Joseph you have a beautiful place and I will definitely stay there again. also thank you for all the quick responses when I had a question one love.

Super cute house, fit our group nicely! Our dogs loved playing outside with the farm’s Pyrenees! Firewood was prepared for you which made it super easy to have a fire and the morning views were gorgeous! I’d recommend for people who want a nice peaceful getaway! P.S. their honey was delicious!

We had a great time ! We didn’t realize this is a real life farm with hundreds of animals you visit! Great if you want to see how to run a farm or one works. Fun for kids with activities and animals to play with. It great talking to those who work on the farm. They were very helpful and full of knowledge. Yes, there are trains that come at night, but it’s part of the experience and you’ll sleep through it the second night 😆 Camp fire available with pokers for marshmallows (you bring) and they even gave us a coffee maker to use.

Quail Run Farm is a fantastic spot just outside of Chattanooga. My wife, little one, and I really enjoyed our time truck camping here. The staff made sure we were well taken care of, and we even got to bring home some farm-raised meats. Chad and Joseph were both great—Chad was friendly and welcoming, and Joseph was very responsive. The amenities are convenient, with easy access to toilets and a warm shower. Their Great Pyrenees was well-behaved, happily roaming the area. They also provided a fire stove with plenty of chopped wood, which made our evenings nice and cozy. We’ll definitely be coming back with friends and family! Just watch out for a bit of cow poop here and there—it’s part of the farm experience. And the ducks and horses were cool. My son loved them. P.s. there’s a yellow extension chord by the showers if you need to charge your phone in the event your powerpack dies.

The husband and I found this Hipcamp on a whim and have a great time! Our Jeep Wrangler had no issues getting to camp. We stayed on the property the entire weekend to explore the woods. There’s a few ATV trails that make great hiking trails and cool things to spot around in the woods. We’ve had an incredibly dry summer in TN so most everything is dried up, but we were still able to spot a running spring. Wildlife was amazing to listen to at night and the window of stars we had was absolutely incredible.

Great farm location. We had plenty of camping locations to choose from on the farm. There were “outhouses” with working toilets and running water sink with soap for handwashing. The outdoor showers were a great touch! (Water does get hot!) you are surrounded by farm animals (which we loved). Our 2 dogs had a great adventure! Would definitely stay here again! Or even check out the yurt of tiny houses on the property.

We have a working farm with sweeping views of Lookout mountain and only 12 minutes from all the comforts of downtown Chattanooga. Our expansive 120-acre property provides campers with the freedom to choose their camping spots anywhere on the farm. Farm animals include horses, cattle, hogs, chickens, goats, bees, stocked ponds, gardens and much more. We have strategically placed signs throughout the property to help you identify potential neighbors. If you desire the company of ducks, consider setting up camp near our picturesque duck pond. For those who prefer the rustic crowing of roosters to a phone alarm, we have four chicken coops dispersed across the farm. Our horses freely roam the front pastures. The cows enjoy grazing on lush grass and taking refreshing dips in the ponds. They also relish watching the sunset from the hill's vantage point, as it offers the best view on the farm. We are a working farm with staff tending to various jobs throughout the day. We have a map to show some of the popular locations campers have enjoyed in the past, but it is first come first serve. We intentionally leave some of our fields uncut. In some fields, the grass can come up above the knees. If you are picky with the grass, these are pastures on a farm and we do not cut them. We leave that to the animals to take care of. All of our staff are super friendly and happy to help guide you to the best camping spot and answer any questions. In searching for your campsite please note that there may be livestock in and around certain areas as we rotate pastures. Please respect farm rules and do not camp in a pasture with cattle and do not enter any gated area without speaking to someone on the farm who knows which fields the cattle is in. Potable well water can be located from the blue spigot outside of the staff housing area, in between the orange and green tiny home, and outside the outdoor shower. Fire rings and chopped wood are ready for you to borrow and return by the outdoor shower area. Our outdoor shower is located by the yurts. If you are interested in a more posh experience, we have yurts and tiny homes for rent. We have a pool that is available to rent privately during your stay. You can use the Swimply app to book your time or you can message us through HipCamp, and we can set that up for you. Your Toccoa River Cove!

The Cove consists of 12 acres with a tributary stream and spring fed ponds less than a half mile from the Toccoa River. It was originally the water source for the surrounding properties prior to the city installing a water system. It is completely private and unspoiled nature, with about a mile of walking trails throughout. The Mountaintop is a 3 acre high elevation site bordering 140 acres of undisturbed woods and is also very close to the Toccoa River. Fantastic location yet very private for base camp to access the many activities in this area, or enjoy the Toccoa River. It is the only campground in Fannin County limited to only one group at a time. Each site includes 2 access points to the Toccoa River. The Gibbs Drive community river access lot has a charcoal grill, picnic table, boat launch, swimming rock and fire pit with chairs. The Toccoa River Forest community river access lot has a big boat ramp. The river is controlled flow and usually at low water from dawn to about 2 pm, ideal for fishing or swimming/wading/boulder bopping. The River release schedule is available online at the website TVA.gov. The River has swift current when the dam is opened for release, usually daily. This property is conveniently located in Mineral Bluff, Georgia 30559, just 4 miles off the 4-lane highway (Highway 515/76) and just a short drive to Blue Ridge, Georgia; Blairsville, Georgia; Murphy, North Carolina, McCaysville, Georgia and Copper Hill, Tennessee. It is a paved road drive all the way to the entrance. It is located just a few miles from the center of downtown Blue Ridge with art galleries, many restaurants, brew pubs, shopping, the Blue Ridge Brewing Company, Mercier Orchard, the Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad, and more! The Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad runs most of the year from Blue Ridge to McCaysville, right along the Toccoa River. The campsites are equally close to downtown McCaysville, Ga. /Copper Hill, TN. You are a short drive from Lake Blue Ridge, the Chattahoochee National Forest, Brasstown Bald and many hiking trails, such as the Aska adventure area, the Appalachian Trail, the Benton McCaye Trail, and trails in the Big Frog wilderness area, Cohutta wilderness area (largest wilderness area east of the Mississippi) the Rich Mountain wilderness area and the Project Chimps hiking trails. The Ocoee River whitewater center with the Olympic kayak rapids and the world class mountain biking trails are less than 20 minutes away. The property provides 30 acres of mostly forest land for guests to explore. It features four uniquely designed treehouses to fit any travelers needs, and is perfect for hosting groups and events! Here at Treehouse Mountain, our goal is to provide everything that we would want if we were to travel to other rentals. During your stay, you can find that we are readily available if there's anything we can help out with or want help planning your trip to the area as well. The bathhouse is a shared facility between three of the treehouses. It features two showers and two bathrooms (all separate rooms) and is fully climate controlled (warm in winter, cool in summer). It is cleaned daily, sometimes multiple times a day depending on usage. In the shower rooms, guests can find shampoo, conditioner, and body soap available for their use. In the bathrooms, there is toilet paper, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and hair dryers available as well. The treehouses have been furnished with you in mind. All linens are provided (all bedding, kitchen towels, bath towels, etc) and additional linens are available upon request. Each treehouse has a kitchenette area, complete with sink, drip-pot coffee maker (coffee, creamer, sugar provided), toaster, microwave, and half-size refrigerator. There are additional items such as a rice cooker, water kettle, and some snack items provided as well. They each also have a Blackstone Griddle for cooking in an outdoor cooking area. There is a parking area for guests' cars. The paths on property are well-lit, so there's no need to worry if you arrive in the evening. The owners live on property and are readily available to help during check in and check out if needed. Each treehouse has a private fire-pit with firewood and fire starter provided. Our treehouses are dog friendly with no additional fee.
