Great place, nice and quiet. Campsites are really spread out. Tons of trails to hike and river! Pavilion where you can have as much wood as you want no charge! Will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay! Brady is a top notch host. He’s helpful, very friendly, and just leaves you to do your own thing. You can tell he appreciates beauty and likes to share it with others. The land is beautiful and the sites are well taken care of with lots of smooth, flat ground. The free fire wood was a huge bonus. The garbage cans and benches were all clean and in great shape. The port-a-potties were just about the cleanest I’ve ever seen. I am definitely coming back.

My friends I really enjoyed this camping spot. The creek right next to the campsite and sooo much space for all of us to lay out. Will definitely be back!

4 nights at Horseshoe Bend

At Brady’s suggestion, we ended up camping at the main site, rather than creekside, due to rain forecasts. Thankfully the rain during our stay wasn’t as bad as predicted, and we had a wonderful time! Our dogs enjoyed running around the whole area (it was just us there), we had nice hikes, and we stayed safe and dry when we did get rain. Brady was very kind and even called to update us on the weather report so we’d be prepared. We’d definitely come back another time and try the creek sites.

1 night at Horseshoe Bend

The Horseshoe Bend We pulled in just in time to get set for an evening fire and walk around the quiet and beautiful grounds with the large trees. The fire pits were nicely set up and there was free wood in the pavilion. Brady responded quickly to every text and sent us very specific directions on how to find the site. He even checked in to make sure that we made it ok. We enjoyed seeing the cows and calves on the ride in and hearing them into the evening hours as they settled in for the night. That being said, the land is not a pasture, it is covered in trees. We found the fiberglass biffy to be very clean and well stocked. We will stay here again on future adventures!

We've had multiple stays here, and enjoyed every one. Brady does a great job of keeping clean sites, great communication, and always checks in with us shortly after arrival to make sure we have all we need. The sites are well maintained, easy to find, and spaced out well to give you plenty of privacy. We will always be back!

Brady’s property was beautiful! My partner and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment at Creekside Site 2. Brady was responsive and provided us with firewood twice. His hospitality was very welcoming. We would love to return back. The porta potty was cleanly and close to the site.

We loved this spot along the river! Really secluded from the other sites and tucked away. We had a wonderful time adventuring along the trails, playing board games at our site and making bonfires to keep us warm. Would 100% come back here. Perfect distance away from it all. Can hear the occasional farm equipment or truck driving by, but not much at all. Mostly we spent our time listening to the very vocal owls hooting back and forth. We also saw a pheasant on property, which was fun! Our pup loved it too! Splashing around in the river and exploring. She was in heaven.

2 nights at Horseshoe Bend

I had a very pleasant stay at horseshoe bend. Brady sent me a GPS pin to the driveway and clear directions to the campsite. He provided a generous amount of firewood and a Weber grill. I would definitely consider camping here again.

3 nights at Horseshoe Bend

First time using Hipcamp or visiting Horseshoe Bend and my experience was great. Communication and direction of our host Brady was excellent. The weather wasn’t the best but we made the most of it. Definitely plan on returning in the future. 5/5

I really enjoyed my stop. The rustic campsites were spread out and well trended to by the host, Brady. We loved the walking/ bike trails and my dog especially loved the creek.
