True definition of secluded in nature. Was able to get in the creek and follow for miles all directions. Crystal clear waters flowing from up top and all the history it carries with it! Nothing but the sounds of deer calls for bed down, owls, the wind and the trees speaking to you, and stars at night. It was definitely a heavy feeling to have to leave, but I can’t wait to get back again this season and do some more exploring. I will say this is a primitive campers advantage for sure. The wind up in the mountain can cut and rain can come in at any moment. Temps about 10 degrees or so colder than actual. I prefer cold weather camping myself but if you’re not confident in your primitive skills, I’d stay to the warmer months. All in all, can’t wait to get back to this 125 acre beauty. Thank you for sharing what you have with us!

Loved the property. We had the whole place to ourselves and had a blast exploring the river, the trails, and enjoying the beautiful scenery. We tent camped, and the tent camping site made you feel miles away from civilization. Only thing we heard from our camp were coyotes and birds. We checked out the glamping options while exploring the property and might’ve picked out a couple we want to try out on our next visit. The host was incredibly kind, they provided firewood and led us to a great camping spot, and were very welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

This site lives up to the name magic, 100%. Gorgeous, peaceful, well spaced out, just a lovely spot to be, the land feels GOOD. Highly recommend any of the glampsites, although primitive campers have great location options. The glamps are creative, well appointed, and each has a whimsy unique to itself. And don’t miss getting in the River, it’s cold but worth it!

This cabin is a one room open floor plan style w/ a detached shower house & restroom combo. There is no restroom in the cabin. The access to the river is a 180 step hike to the water w/ clear steps and hand railing. Propane space heater and wood stove inside the cabin. Kayak, coffee maker, grill, battery operated lighting, firewood, and fishing poles provided.

The Cottage at Creekdance will be a unique experience. While I am only two miles from the Cumberland Parkway, when you arrive, you will be amazed at the privacy. You will feel like you are miles away from civilization. It is the perfect spot for meditating and rejuvenating. Come visit! Everyone is welcome! The space Creekdance is located on 20 acres of prime Kentucky vegetation in the hills of Kentucky. Dry Fork Creek runs adjacent to the entire property. While it is not deep enough to kayak, it is certainly fun to dip your toes in and walk through the ever-flowing water. Several walking paths and bird boxes can be found throughout the property. It is a great place to write, paint, read, do yoga or just rejuvenate and "get right" with nature. Get the best sleep of your life on a Nectar mattress with the sounds of the creek drifting through the window. NEW this year - 125-yard golf driving range available. Golf balls provided. Bring your clubs! Guest access Guests have a private cabin all to themselves. They may feel free to wander around the property, venture onto the walking paths, walk in the creek, etc. The only space that is off limits is my cabin down the creek. Of course, if there is some kind of emergency, feel free to come find me. Other things to note While pets are allowed, there will be a $25 charge per day/per pet, paid to hosts upon arrival. I have a very friendly dog of my own on the property who free-roams. Also, if guests leave their pets in the cabin while they are gone, the pets must be crated. Inside the cabin, the bathroom is equipped with an Incinolet toilet. I find that it is quite efficient if used properly. Instructions will be given upon arrival and are included on the wall in the bathroom. We can only accommodate TWO guests at a time in the cabin due to the Incinolet's capability.

Folks as soon as you go through the gate to this park-like farm your stress starts melting away! You immediately see the small creek that runs through the meadow. A short walk in the meadow leads you to a small waterfall, a perfect place to camp! Adjacent to the meadow is a large hill where cabin is located. Hikers can hike to the cabin, or take a primitive road with 4wheel drive vehicle. Cabin is beautifully decorated with kitchen area, queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, shower tent with solar water bag, very clean porta-potty at cabin- This is a perfect get-away for two!! Meadow has grill, pop up tent if wanted- and outhouse. When you book at North Fork Camp you will be the only campers on the property!
