2 nights at Home Town Host

Tony and Tracy are wonderful hosts! Super helpful with all the things Laurel has to offer! The property is extremely well cared for and they make every attempt to make you feel welcome! If we are ever back in Laurel we will definitely be staying with them again! Thanks so much Tony and Tracy!

This campsite was beautiful and right on the pond. Bob was a great host who reached out beforehand to ensure we would have everything we needed. The site has a fire pit with a grate for cooking with wood provided. It was a great and relaxing time with my son and will most certainly return.

We had such a peaceful and magical stay on Bob’s land. The night sky was absolutely breathtaking, so many stars, it felt like we could see the whole galaxy. The lake was beautiful and calming during the day, and the fire pit made the nights extra cozy. We roasted marshmallows and just soaked in the quiet. It did get pretty cold at night, so come prepared with warm layers! Thank you, Bob, for sharing such a special place with us!

It met our needs for a quiet, full hookup site for a few days near Hattiesburg. Looks fairly new, if you follow the ‘Waze’ app for directions you won’t have any problem driving straight to it. Would visit again. Thank-you!

We loved the hospitality and the space that this location afforded us. Tony and Tracy went above and beyond as hosts and we even enjoyed a delicious meal they prepared on our first night. Our dogs got along great with their girl Winnie and having so much run around room was just what they needed after travelling. The distance to Laurel is not bad, and if that is the reason for your stay, just be aware that the town is shut down on Sundays on Mondays.

The site was one of the best we have stayed at. Large open area with a fire pit. Covered patio for sitting. The site was large with full hook ups and the hosts were welcoming and made sure we had all we needed for a great stay. Thank you Tony and Tracy for being such great hosts!

Our site on Tony’s property was to die for. He assisted us backing our trailer up. Our hosts, Tony and Tracy, have great amenities to use on their property from a fire pit to an outdoor table and chairs. The full hookups were outstanding. Tony and Tracy were extremely friendly and cordial to us. We felt like we were members of the family! A super fantastic visit!!! We exchanged addresses and phone numbers so we could keep in touch. Please note that the address won't get you there, but the coordinates will. I have a very tough time getting a timely response from the owner to determine this, they just kept sayind "The address won't get you there" but didn't elaborate on what would. Also, our power was turned off when we arrived and we didn't realize until we asked another camper that we needed to flip the breaker at the panel. It's a decent stay that's just a big gravel lot, but it was quiet and peaceful for out two nights there.

Everything about the stay was exactly what you would want out of a campsite. Bob was very kind. The campsite was very nice; there was plenty of seclusion and privacy. It's one of the best campsites I've ever been to.

Had a wonderful experience, the campsite was well maintained with clear paths and leveled spots for the tent. Bob is one of the nicest people I've ever met, he definitely cares to make sure your experience is great.

We arrived at night and thw host was very helpful on getting us to our parking spot. Very nice site. We had access to a covered porch. He let our friends come and have a evening with us sitting around the campfire. We stayed 3 night. If we are ever in the area again we will forsure come for a stay. His property is beautiful too.

Bob was a great host! You can tell he has spent a great deal of time maintaining the grounds. Our site was clean and ready to go when we arrived. My family enjoyed sitting by the pond during the day and fire by night.

This was my first ever solo camping trip and when I tell you within the first 30 minutes, just based on Mr. Bob alone, I will be back habitually. Great conversationalist, helpful, and welcoming above all else. Site-3 came with high praise and it lived up to it, but the entire camp site is beautiful. Reminded me of home which I get little of living in the city now. Fishing is also great. Plenty of walking paths and seats along it to relax.

Came in at night. Tony was very helpfull and the spot was very easy to back into. Great spot. We were going to stay a few nights but ended up having to leave early. The place was beautiful and very well maintained.
