Apple Ridge Farm is a 7 acre diversified sustainable farm. We grow/raise vegetables, small fruits, flowers chickens, and pigs. We also operate a wood-fired brick oven bakery on the farm. Guests are welcome to tour the farm, jump in with the farm crew, or just hang out in an Adirondack chair around the fire pit. You were looking for a rustic campsite but stumbled across this farm cottage. Why not upgrade your trip? Our farm cottage features a super comfortable queen size bed, pull out twin sleeper sofa, full kitchen, coffee station, and a staff of 15 locals who are all into hiking, biking, fishing, boating etc who can point you toward the next destination and help you find all of the hidden gems in the area. We're a working farm and bakery so this isn't a quiet, secluded hideout in the woods but it if you're a foodie then you've found paradise. Our little farm store, located just across the street, features organic flour wood-fired brick oven breads baked 4 days a week, our own produce, meat, eggs, and a curated collection of the areas finest local goods. Our location is a prime jumping off point for all sorts of Pocono and Lehigh Valley destinations. We're approximately 2 minutes from the famous Blue Ridge Winery (and there are 3 others within 20 minutes), 6 minutes from the Blue Ridge Flea Market, 12 minutes from the nearest Appalachian trail parking lot, 20 minutes from Blue Mountain Ski area, 20 minutes from downtown Stroudsburg, 25 minutes from the Delaware River, 20-30 minutes from most of the bigger touristy Pocono attractions, 35 minutes from Jim Thorpe (and the many Lehigh River boating, biking, and hiking, adventures that await there), 35 minutes from Easton (and the excellent biking and eating you can do there).

. full-connection RV site near Lake Wallenpaupack. It is within a campground that was formerly a “Jellystone Park” and is now comprised of privately owned individual lots for camper units. Most lots have seasonally occupied park model homes and large campers. The host’s part-time residence is next door. The site is an open (no trees) level gravel pad with water, sewer and electric connections plus high speed WiFi. There are tall oak trees adjacent to the lot. The site has a fire ring and a picnic table. Big Bear campground is gated for security (you will be assigned a code) and has an outdoor pool (summer only), a playground and picnic pavilion, and walking trails. There is a community dumpster. Shopping, eateries, ice cream, pizza, a brewery-restaurant, groceries and laundry in Hawley are within a 7 minute (3 mile) drive. The Lake dam at sunset is popular. Walt’s Landing marina on Lake Wallenpaupack is within a 4 minute (1.5 mile) drive. The interior campground roads have speed bumps and an owner-enforced posted 5.5 mph speed limit. A leashed pet and a supplemental tent for those in your party are allowed. There are evening quiet hours. Other things to note 0.1 acre lot, full RV connection (water, sewer, electric, WiFi) on a level gravel pad, near other camper units. Fire ring and picnic table. Campground playground and swing set, picnic pavilion, and pool during summer months. Near Lake Wallenpaupack. Welcome to Trails Head Cabin! Fully renovated a couple of years ago, this quaint and rustic cabin has reclaimed barn wood doors and accent walls hand built by my husband, Rich. The cabin is located on a quiet dead end road, this cabin sits at the head of the Neversink River unique area and offers activities such as hiking, fishing and hunting. There are a variety of bars and restaurants located in the small town of Rock Hill, as well as our local Farmer's Market every Saturday only during the summer months. The cabin is a short trip away from the local grocery store, a five minute drive to Resorts World Casino and Holiday Mountain Ski and Fun Park. A twenty-five minute drive to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (sight of the 1969 Woodstock Festival). OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: Please respect our non-smoking policy. There is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed in the cabin. A $200 charge will be applied if you do smoke inside to cover the additional cleaning costs. No Drugs or illegal activity. No Smoking or vaping. No incense or candles. We always like our guests to know ahead of time that there is mild to moderate vehicle and foot traffic near the hiking trails during the day. As this location has become more and more popular, the individuals who come to hike, bike, fish, hunt, etc. are required to parallel park their cars on the opposite side of the road. However, our property is private and clearly posted, and may only be used by our guests. The cell phone service is very weak when you first arrive at the cabin however, once you are connected to the WiFi you should have capability to call and text. Weekend Trip to Pocono Cabin With No Name
My friend and I decided to do a very last minute weekend visit to the cabin with no name and Kat was super responsive and helpful. We loved the openness of the space and how it still felt warm and cozy. All the windows let us still feel connected to the surrounding trees while staying warm in the evening. The little decorative objects, books, and items felt like a portrait of the cabin. We both hope to come back again for a longer visit in the future.

We had an incredible time at the cabin. It’s somehow simultaneously spacious and cozy, and Kat was super responsive. We really enjoyed grilling on the fire pit and walked the trail (a little challenging in the rain but gorgeous). There were lots of books, records, and games to play and the fresh eggs we added on from Kat were delicious. We’d absolutely come back!

Perfect cozy cabin for a weekend getaway!! The instructions on how to get there were very clear. Everything was clean and ready for us. Fresh folded towels for the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, mixing bowls, and anything you would have in a kitchen back home! We had fun with the puzzle and mancala by the fire when the snow was too much to hike in. We even saw some animal tracks coming right up to the door at night! The back of the property was so peaceful to hike and the frozen waterfalls were beautiful. Kat was so responsive when we had a problem and came right over to help us out! My only regret is not staying long enough!! We will definitely be back!! 10/10 host and cabin🖤🖤

We had an excellent time staying at Bell’s Cabin. David was a great host and the property is beautiful. We are already talking about when we can visit again. Our trip was very relaxed, playing board games and enjoying the cabin fireplace. The full kitchen was clean and well-stocked with equipment. The cabin was very comfortable, with multiple nice beds and a very nice bathroom. It’s clear that the property is well-taken care of. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxed and comfortable time in the woods.

The RV had everything me and my family of 4 needed! Queen bedroom and two bunk beds. Everything was very clean and organized. The host even started us off with some firewood. We ended up having hotdogs and nachos outside and cozied up indoors for game night afterward. It’s also really close to Blue Mountain, we had gone snowtubing that morning. Comfortable night stay. The location of the campground is close to the freeway so it doesn’t have that forest seclusion if you don’t mind. We had access to the clubhouse with public restrooms and showers and a game room with a pool table for $2 per play. it was a great experience!

33 Acres is an amazing property. I stayed at the "Upper Hideaway." It is the uppermost (HUGE) field and had incredible views and lots of deer. I even saw an eagle flying around that lives on the property. Prepare for wind because of the elevation and exposure depending on where you choose to set up. The Neshanic River runs adjacent to the farmhouse at the base of the property, adding to the uniqueness of the acreage. I was able to take a tour of the house and it was absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and cozy. Brendan was an amazing host and was incredibly helpful. He and his wife recently got the property and have big plans for the future. I can't wait to return and see their family business grow.

Wow! This was just perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend visit. If you can believe it, we took our camper – it’s a 16 foot airstream – and stayed on Brendan‘s farm while we visited my mom for Thanksgiving. At night the skies were full of stars and in the morningthe grass was wet and it was like being out on our own. The space we stayed in felt like its own farm completely isolated. Brendan is a great host. Could not be better. Explained everything along the way made himself available to us if we had any questions and made us feel like we were family on his property.

Staying at the River's Edge was quite eventful as our trip started with a small incident (lol) but Thomas helped us with that. He was really nice to upgrade our site last minute free of charge to one with a better shelter (from the Canal to Sunrise) because the weather got really, really cold! We were provided a propane grill free of charge as well! That helped us with cutting down cooking time in the cold. It was a bit dark in the tent once the sunset, but luckily, I did bring my own little camping lanterns which helped us a lot. We broke the spigot of the ceramic base for the water jug by accident and offered to compensate but Thomas told us not to worry about it. I was a bit disappointed my friend and I were not able to tube in the river but we can't do anything about the cold weather. We will definitely plan another visit sometime in the summer! We left with great memories! Thank you!

We booked the River's Edge on the Canal tent. Thomas was very nice and offered us to change our booking to the Canal to Sunrise tent at no extra cost, which was an upgrade with better shelter for a cold weather. Everything was as advertised, and the wood stove kept us warm throughout the nights when the temperature fell below freezing.

We really loved David's Camp! Everything was beautifully designed, maintained and clean. David greeted us in person and gave us a jar of food to feed the fish in the pond which our toddler absolutely loved. The entire campsite is a labor of love and had a nice human touch that we appreciated. Hope to be back in the summer!

Amazing views, Bald Eagles and Shooting Stars! Thomas has literally thought of everything! This spot is amazing and we took a little walk to see the other sites nearby and I really think you can’t go wrong! The temps went down to 28 and between the heater in the tent and our heated blanket we weren’t cold at night. Thomas had our preordered firewood nicely stacked and kindling all set up in the fire pit, the table was set and chairs nicely set at the fire pit facing the river. Parking for one vehicle right at the top of the site was perfect. The “bathroom” tent was better than a port a potty. We camp often and not having to bring our own stuff was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, in fact, we’re planning it now. Thank you Thomas for the most amazing camping experience. This is 5 star camping for sure and a 5 star host!

The River's Edge campsites sit on the shoreline of the Delaware River at the western edge of New York State overlooking the mountains of Pennsylvania. Our canvas tents and open air platforms perch between the river and the former Delaware & Hudson Canal which was once was used to transport raw goods by barge to New York City via the 'port' of Port Jervis. The remnants of the canal walls are throughout the property including a 300 person theater which we created to both preserve and feature this industrial history. It also makes a great place for an event or a movie night. Today, the original canal towpath, along which barges would be pulled and floated downstream, is a trail that links all of the campsites over 5 acres and at the furthest end an eel fishing camp that is in operation from June to October (say 'hi' to Jim). In the early 1900s, the train replaced the canal as the primary method of moving goods into New York and if you are lucky — you will hear the train rumble by along the river on the Pennsylvania side. There is something spectacular in the absolute still and grandness of the river, the mountains and the ongoing industrial history of the valley. It is a reminder of the way things used to be. The farmhouse and cabins are located opposite the campsites on other side of route 97. Next to them are 50 acres of wild forest to hike and explore. These accommodations are great for guests who want more amenities but still with easy access to river. Pair campsites and cabins so that all your guests have their best experience. Nestled outside the village of Stillwater, NJ right across the Appalachian trail and the Kittatinny Mountain Ridge, Camp David sports three luxurious log cabins: > Bell's Cabin- Main cabin that sleeps up to six > The Chatham House- Sleeps up to ten > Chief's Cottage- sleeps up to ten All cabins have their own separate listing and can be booked together or combined. The main cabin, Belle's Cabin, is made from hand hewed logs and is the only cabin furnished with a king size bed. All cabins come equipped with full bathrooms, updated kitchens, wood stoves, and the main cabin has a walkout porch on the second floor. All cabins have climate controlled heating/cooling units as well as hot water. Camp David was originally a German hunting camp at the turn of the 20th century. It was later donated to the Boy Scouts in the 1940’s. By the 2000’s, it was left abandoned at which time I purchased it and began to restore it back to its true form while maintaining the cabin life integrity. I am a contractor and arborist by trade and the last ten years I have worked hard to bring the site back to life. The camp consists of 13 acres abutted by 100's of acres of state park land. There are two stocked ponds connected by a cascading stream, multiple fire pits with seating, furnished gazebo with wood stove, picnic tables, and multiple park benches located throughout the property. Everything that we sell is grown or produced on-site with the intention of nurturing the soil and ecology of the land. From 1939-2020 our family ran a summer sleep-away camp for children on the farm, with an emphasis on caring for each other and the land. Located in a small valley at 1400 feet of elevation, our fields and woods are home to a broad diversity of native plants and animals. Our family has been caring for this land since 1926, but before European colonization it was home to the Lenape people from whom it was forcibly taken. Acknowledging this fact and working to expand awareness of Indigenous cultures and their rights is important to us. While at the farm, besides the amenities listed in each listing, you are welcome to hike or walk around and explore our farm which has many acres of woodland, creeks, springs, a pond, and open fields. A hot day is a great time for a walk along - or in - the creek. A rainy day brings out the Red Efts - beautiful orange newts that are all over the woods when you know where to look. We're always glad to point you in the right direction for a nice walk or a longer hike. You may be able to tag along collecting eggs from the hens or feeding some of the other animals we may have.
