Relax in front of the fire pit and grill that overlooks the falls. You will have plenty of privacy, surrounded by woods, access to lush forest, and modern amenities such as: WiFiprovided by Starlink, queen bed, propane tent heater to keep you warm in the cooler months, Brooklinen sheets. The property allows lots of beauty, peace, and serenity. Feel free to roam the 12 acres of woods, fields, waterfalls, and brooks. There are 3 historic waterfalls on the property. Within our small town, you can find all your essential needs met at the stores close by, as well as some great restaurants. Area surrounding the site as well as the areas not surrounding the main house, are accessible with caution. Access to the brook is at your own risk. Brook subject to flooding. Please note location of water rescue equipment at the site. Don’t forget the ice for the Yeti cooler!

The Record Room has a vast collection of vintage, classic and current vinyl albums that plays solely from solar power. It's audio system delivers the sound on the inside and out for a campfire mood that can't be beat. Our Property is 16 acres with direct access to state land and the monguap river with hundreds of acres woods for you to explore. The river is close enough to be seen and heard from the cabin but the adventure of getting there is half the fun! The Delaware river is only 2 miles from our location and River rafting is a big business around here, A small artesian fed creek runs right next to the cabin and lends to the relaxing sounds of water with many quaint spots for you to dip your toes into paired with a wood fired tub that can only be explained by experience. Wildlife can seen and heard all around you. Make sure you download a bird identifier app! A queen temper-pedic bed and super comfy overstuffed futon will assure a good nights slumber. The Record Rooms' covered outdoor kitchen is designed to extend the awesome vibes into every meal.. (I.E. Flat top grill, single burner and stainless grated grill all powered by propane, Cast iron frying pans, and utensils). Our outhouse is designed and maintained by the women of the family and great pride is taken in making it favorable experience. The Record Room is heated by a small wood stove for those chilly mornings and nights. If your looking for glamping this your place. We are always adding new features built from the sawmill operations of our homestead. We have a few spots available for your friend circle to pitch a tent and enjoy the experience with you. The Hot water is limited because this is a cabin in the woods with its own Hot water tank. It is not hooked up to a Municipal water supply system with unlimited Hot water. You need to let the water Heat up again in the Tank for more hot water if multiple people are taking showers around the same time. During or right after a NorthEast Tropical Storm or Severe weather the power can go out. It will go back on !! Take advantage of the many Candles, Lantern and Board Games to play! Grind up some fresh Starbucks Reserve Coffee Beans. Condiments and Spices are also included. The cabin has its own Underground water well that goes 180 ft below the ground to pump up fresh, clean, Naturally purified chemical free Spring catskill water. Your hair and skin will feel soft and clean. You DO NOT NEED to BUY Bottle WATER. Save our environment and dont BUY plastic water bottles. Just let the water Run for a minute so it is nice and cold. Relax, Release, and Enjoy!! The stream water going across the driveway is safe for your dog to drink. My dogs drink it all the time. It is filled with crawfish, frogs, minnows and salamanders.
