It is common to hear the Coyotes and Owls throughout the day. In addition,Mink, Fishers, Bald Eagles, Turkey Buzzards, Porcupines, Raccoons, Skunks, Wild Turkeys, Ravens, Grouse, Red and Grey Fox and an occasional Black Bear are some of the inhabitants of the local forest. Guests can choose to have some peaceful alone time or be more engaged in our small community during our community campfires, campfire pancake breakfasts or workshops. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Camp Earth Connection offers a variety of activities and workshops such as: -Saturday Morning Campfire Pancake Breakfast between Memorial Day and Labor Day -Saturday Evening Community Campfire (when scheduled with guests) Camp Earth Connection values Diversity, Acceptance and Community. It is more than just a campground, it is an experience that can be life-changing. Guests enjoy making meaningful connections with hosts, guests, family & friends. Bugs In a Jar Farm is about 15 miles south of Ithaca, in the beautiful Finger Lakes. It is almost adjacent to the Finger Lakes Hike and Bike Trail. The land consists of 14 acres of forest and open space, with a beautiful creek and several small ponds. Hummingbird House is our original tiny house, but we have since added two more: Blue Dragon, and Piney Breezes, so please check them out if Hummingbird is booked or does not fit your needs (i.e., if you would prefer a larger bed). The space "Hummingbird House," as the name implies, is a true TINY house, measuring seven feet by seven feet indoors (with decks in front and back). Please note that the bed has a TWIN mattress, measuring 39 inches wide, so couples may be a little squeezed on the bed. Hummingbird is located just steps away from the community kitchen and bathroom. It is the only unit that has heat, and the wifi connection is rock solid. It has its own dedicated fire ring and picnic table. Do note that, due to its close proximity to the community kitchen and bathroom, it is not quite so private as the other two tiny houses. Due to its small size, Hummingbird is not the right choice for kids, but for those who want the most convenient and easiest access to all the other amenities (and parking), this would be your choice. Guest access Each tiny house listing includes access to the tiny house itself, and the area immediately surrounding it. Each comes with its own picnic table and fire ring. Guests will share a common outdoor community kitchen and the bathroom inside the host's cabin. The two tiny houses I am finishing up will also have their own outhouses, so guests can use those or the bathroom in the house. Other things to note Please note that the tiny house listed here has a TWIN mattress measuring 39 inches wide. The two other tiny houses both have a DOUBLE/FULL mattress measuring 54 inches wide.

The Bees Knees A Hive Size TinyHome

This tiny home is situated in my backyard. It is close to Green Lakes State Park, the Erie Canal, Clark’s Reservation, Pratts Falls, Chittenango Falls Park, Cazenovia and many other popular outdoor areas. Also very convenient to SU. The tiny has its own fenced, private corner of my yard with a soon to be outdoor shower. We are on the grid electric but off grid for sewer and water. It has a Ogo compost toilet. Excellent Wi-Fi. It sleeps on comfortably and two for people who really love each other. Currently the tiny has a couch that converts to a small double. Plus memory foam pads.

It's totally country .2 miles to State land and lots of trails and bike trails it's a very amazing place to get away from it All but close to candor and Ithaca college and Cornell university. Have a wonderful time just sitting by a fire pit outside or stay in side and read a book or something that you can only do if you get away from it all
