Really nice large campsite, extremely well-maintained, host is super accommodating. Full hookups so nice to have, & it’s big rig friendly. On a good sized parcel of land right next to the Hudson River. I have really enjoyed staying here in my motor home.

Weekend Trip to Wyomanock Farm

Perfect place to relax and soak in some nature. We stopped here on our way down south and had a perfect stay. Thomas was welcoming and responsive!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We went on the hike around the lake that also led to Robert Frost's house. It was a beautiful walk through the woods. Thank you Marcy for pointing us in that direction. The street was very quiet. We would definitely stay again if we ever come back this way again.

Weekend Trip to Dharma Bums Eco Lodge

Cute little spot, emphasis on the "tiny" Tudor! But just enough for what we were looking for. Would recommend adding on the wine tasting! Enjoyed the outdoor shower, even though it was a little chilly in November!

There is additional information and a very good campground map on the website www.wyofarm.com. Our 75 acres is a wonderful, diverse mix of habitat, harmoniously integrated with our small farm. This land was the homestead of the very first non native settler of the area, John Wiley, in 1787. Before that, it was the land of the Mahican native Americans. They named it "valley of the butternut trees", or Wyomanock. The Wyomanock Creek is the backbone of this little valley. Beaver have dammed the creek at several points to create ponds and other wetland features that support a diversity of wildlife including otter, moose and a myriad of birds, from osprey to herons. This sanctuary is host to many uncommon native plants and plant communities. We would love to share it with you! Your host, Thom, invites you to property to explore 75 acres of meadows, woods and water. Choose one of several sites either in the woods or open areas. You are also free to use our outdoor solar shower or take a dip in the cold pond or artesian spring fed pool. Our location is convenient to the Berkshire Mountains, state parks, hiking and other attractions, including Ramble Wild tree to tree adventures and Jiminy Peak. There are a few miles of rail trail access just down the road.

Only 20 minutes to Lake George beaches, downtown and outlet shopping, Granite Hill is in a great location to enjoy the beautiful Adirondacks while providing a getaway in the foothills of Fort Ann. The newly designed campground provides a small camping feel with plenty of outdoor space to bike and hike. The property is located on the Champlain Canalway Bike Trail and has an established hiking trail and a smaller walking trail to beautiful overlooks, looking over the Adirondack Mountains. The Campground has 20 sites with a mix of Tent sites, Full Hook up sites (P/W/S) and Power and Water Sites (P/W). Due to multiple reservation systems, we do not have all of our sites listed on Hipcamp. If you are with a group or are in need of another site, send us a message and we will see how we can accommodate.
