It is close to Green Lakes State Park, the Erie Canal, Clark’s Reservation, Pratts Falls, Chittenango Falls Park, Cazenovia and many other popular outdoor areas. Also very convenient to SU. The tiny has its own fenced, private corner of my yard with a soon to be outdoor shower. We are on the grid electric but off grid for sewer and water. It has a Ogo compost toilet. Excellent Wi-Fi. It sleeps on comfortably and two for people who really love each other. Currently the tiny has a couch that converts to a small double. Plus memory foam pads.
