Welcome to Territorial Farm Stay and Stable, a small farm in the beautiful South Willamette Valley of Oregon, between Eugene and Corvallis, about 2 hours south of Portland. We are an equestrian property with a stable offering a variety of equestrian activities, and we offer both a Farm Stay cottage and an RV Glamping option.  We are in horse and wine country, with some 10 wineries within 15 minutes and many more within a 30 to 45 minute radius.  And we are surrounded by an outdoor recreational paradise. 

Your Farm Stay experience offers the opportunity to connect with a horse through adding on a Horsin' Around Experience or a private riding lesson to your stay. There are plenty of opportunities to hang out with the horses, help out with barn chores, help with garden/yard maintenance, enjoy the backyard fire pit (fire danger permitting) and s'mores or just sit back and watch the animals and enjoy a good book or a relaxed conversation.

We are pet friendly for well behaved pets with an extra fee.  Both accommodations have a two-night minimum and a cleaning fee, along with 10% Oregon lodging tax.

Carsners Tree Farm (CTF)

Come and enjoy an 8 acre tree farm located near Lebanon, Oregon. We purchased this property in 2019. This is a tree farm with 800+ planted Christmas trees. We put in campsites, a cabin, a barn loft, and a fire pit. We offer these to guests when not being used by our family and friends. Wildlife includes deer, turkey, and quail & 3 active beehives.  Guests are welcome to fresh eggs from the chicken coop. We are fully fenced and gated for your family and pets protection. South Santiam River is less than 1 mile for fishing, kayaking, or rafting.  Foster reservoir is 30 minutes away and Green Peter Reservoir is 45 minutes away for boating, swimming, and fishing. There is a loop exercise trail that circles the property and offers 30-degree climbs. You can also play games inside or basketball outside.We thought it would be great to have family gatherings and get togethers here and think of this as our slice of heaven, and hope others enjoy it as well.

Our community firepit is 6ft across and well away from flammable trees.. We build large fires when the fire danger is low and small fires when the fire danger is high. We are a tree farm so no open fires in campsites please. firewood is provided.

Squared Roots Farm Yurt

Welcome to Squared Roots Farm, a Garlic Farm and homestead in Alsea, Oregon. We specialize in gourmet hardneck garlic and sustainable farming practices. (IG @squaredrootsfarm)

On our farm we grow veggies and flowers. We raise Nigerian dwarf goats, chickens, and honey bees. 

You will be staying in a 16ft Pacific yurt built on raised deck that has a covered deck for shade and rainy days. There is plenty of space for additional tents and RV campers to join!  There is a fire pit, picnic table, full propane grill and composting toilet. There is also a wonderful warm wood stove for staying cozy!  You can swim in the creek right next to the site or walk over to the North Fork of the Alsea River where there is 1/2 mile of river access and great winter steelhead fishing too.

Close to the farm is world class mountain biking, hiking, fishing, waterfalls, great views, and surfing on the Oregon coast. The camp spot is a very private grassy nook nestled next to Honey Grove Creek.

There are nature trails on the property with blackberry bushes. We offer farm fresh eggs, firewood bundles, and as the garden begins to ramp up- we will offer all the veggies to campers including goat cheese! We can do cash or Venmo payments.

You will want to consider bringing the following...

Riverhouse

Our family "Riverhouse" is one of my favorite places in the world. We use it to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday professional life. The town of Harrisburg is such a cool, easy-going, quaint place to spend some time. Accessibility is one of its' key assets. Harrisburg has a few family owned places to eat at, and a few shops to explore. It's a one light town, but that is why we love it here. The river is my favorite part. I sit for hours on end, watching the water flow by. Fishing, rafting/floating, and wading in the water are all fun things to do here. If you are looking for something just to get off the highway for the night, or for a longer stay, this is a great quiet place to be. Learn more about this land:This listing is for access to a 50ft. long full hook-up RV pad. This does not include access to the house that sits on the property. Conveniently located off of historic 99 hwy., our property is one of only 12 properties located right on the Willamette River in Harrisburg Oregon. Our vacation home "Riverhouse" has a dedicated RV pad with full electric/sewer/water and WIFI hook-ups that can accommodate up to a 50ft. RV. Enjoy our amazing views of the Willamette river on our 500 sqft. custom Japanese Cedar deck located right on the water. Take a 2 minute walk to downtown Harrisburg and enjoy the local eateries and shops. Float or fish the Willamette River! The best part will be relaxing afterwards, enjoying the postcard sunsets. Also, our location is conveniently located halfway between Eugene and Corvallis for sport venues for the University of Oregon and Oregon State. This property is a true gem. Hungry? Then check out "Junkyard Extreme Burgers and Brats", home of the best hamburger in the U.S.A according to Guy Fieri from "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" which is less than two miles down the road.  Whether you are just driving through, or looking for a Zen-like, peaceful setting to get a away for a long weekend, this is the spot. Did I mention the sunsets?

It is located right off airlie rd which has a gate to close or shut as you please.. The site is located on a small farm in Monmouth, Oregon. It’s next to a few winery’s such as airlie winery and also close to the Oregon coast. Come and go as you please and enjoy your stay. 

There is one space for one RV or trailer.  There is water and power onsite. You have 50 amp 30amp or 20 amp options. There is a 25 dollar dumping fee. 

Verizon or At&t work well at this property.
