Green Crest Memorial Park

2 sites · RVs, Tents3 acres · Sheridan, OR
Green Crest is an active Memorial Park (cemetery) adjacent to Highway 18 between Portland and the Oregon coast on the South side of Sheridan. This property makes a great stop over while en route to your final destination, but is also a great getaway if you'd just like to relax in a natural setting while having conveniences near by. **if you have an rv that you are planning to back into the site, please enter via the 'exit' as it will allow better positioning to back in. otherwise use the drive marked entrance.** If you have young ones, the park next door has a playground and a stocked fish pond. We also have a pond on sight that is perfect for viewing birds, beaver and having morning coffee. You're also welcome to bring your kayak and or paddle boards to get out on the water for fishing or just floating the pond. There is the occasional Deer, coyote and raccoons all around on the property. Two minutes from your site, you will find 24 hour gas and diesel; Subway, Riverside Cafe, Bennie Huies Chinese and the local Grocery store. Did I say there is a Dairy Queen 5 minutes way? Nearby Ballston Road offers a great rural road system from which to explore by bicycle. Points of interest both out in the wild and more metro are all within an hour drive. We can direct you to some little known sites that offer a great day trip.

Riverhouse

1 site · RV1 acre · Harrisburg, OR
Our family "Riverhouse" is one of my favorite places in the world. We use it to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday professional life. The town of Harrisburg is such a cool, easy-going, quaint place to spend some time. Accessibility is one of its' key assets. Harrisburg has a few family owned places to eat at, and a few shops to explore. It's a one light town, but that is why we love it here. The river is my favorite part. I sit for hours on end, watching the water flow by. Fishing, rafting/floating, and wading in the water are all fun things to do here. If you are looking for something just to get off the highway for the night, or for a longer stay, this is a great quiet place to be. Learn more about this land:This listing is for access to a 50ft. long full hook-up RV pad. This does not include access to the house that sits on the property. Conveniently located off of historic 99 hwy., our property is one of only 12 properties located right on the Willamette River in Harrisburg Oregon. Our vacation home "Riverhouse" has a dedicated RV pad with full electric/sewer/water and WIFI hook-ups that can accommodate up to a 50ft. RV. Enjoy our amazing views of the Willamette river on our 500 sqft. custom Japanese Cedar deck located right on the water. Take a 2 minute walk to downtown Harrisburg and enjoy the local eateries and shops. Float or fish the Willamette River! The best part will be relaxing afterwards, enjoying the postcard sunsets. Also, our location is conveniently located halfway between Eugene and Corvallis for sport venues for the University of Oregon and Oregon State. This property is a true gem. Hungry? Then check out "Junkyard Extreme Burgers and Brats", home of the best hamburger in the U.S.A according to Guy Fieri from "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" which is less than two miles down the road.  Whether you are just driving through, or looking for a Zen-like, peaceful setting to get a away for a long weekend, this is the spot. Did I mention the sunsets?

Paradise In Noti

4 sites · RVs, Tents2 acres · Veneta, OR
Noti used to be called Portola, but was changed when the mail was mixed up with Portland. There is a cute story/fable we can share with you about the Indian and the cowboy. We don't have neighbors very close. Noti Proper is a post office, Store/has station and Pub. It is walking distance but far enough away. Great for when you need it out here. The town of Veneta is 5 miles away where you will find Ray's, Dairy Queen, BiMart, Taco Time, Subway, Pizza, Autoparts store, Ace Hardware and more. It is a small town. 14 miles farther up the road on 126 will be Eugene. The Lake is in between.Simple and peaceful. Can watch the train access the street and up the hill in the trees when it goes by. Listen to the birds singing daily. Nights are dark, as there are no city lights. Small store, gas station, and pub near by. Organic small gardens going on. Apple and elderberry trees. Surrounded by the Noti Creek. Currently we offer outdoor sink with cold running water attached to the hose. Portapotty We have milk jugs with frozen water available for coolers,  so people don't have to buy ice.  ( As long as we can keep up with the demand.) We will also have extra coolers on-site for campers use. ______________________________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________________________ OREGON COUNTRY FAIR:               NO FAIR 2021  :(   During the Oregon Country Fair Weekend, Please add $10.00 per person.
