Our 27' 1973 Airstream Overlander has been completely refurbished with lots of love and attention to detail.  The outdoor space is a chill zone full of native plants, trees, flowers and an 8 ft. barrel sauna!
This space is ideal for anyone looking for a quiet place to land while they explore the city and/or endless nature in the surrounding areas - Forest Park, Mt Hood, The Columbia Rive Gorge, and the coast!
We are biking distance to several fabulous neighborhoods and restaurants along with tons of hiking opportunities in Forest Park, Columbia Slough trail, Mt Tabor and more.
We have 2 bikes available for you to use during your stay!

Dauenhauer Family Campground

This property is owned by Carl and Lores Dauenhauer and was initially operated as a multi-functional farm raising a thousand acres in various crops. In the early 1980's Carl and his children began planting grapes on the property and now the vineyard is the predominate feature for the farm. Most of the vineyard production is sold to wineries located across the state, however the family does retain a small amount of grapes each year for their private wine label "Hauer of the Dauen". You are welcome to stop by the farm for wine tasting on Saturday and Sunday's 12:00-5:00pm. The park and campground area is a recent addition to the farm and had been a vision of Carl's for quite some time. Carl usually goes for a walk through the vineyard in the during sunrise and sunset, weather permitting, and he loves to share his life-story with any campers who want to chat.

Crooked Finger Farms

Come experience a romantic Glamping escape in the beautifully curated converted greenhouse. You will be surrounded by windows with beautiful views that allow you to enjoy the farm in style. (Privacy shades in the seating area and sleeping loft). 

Guests love our new ‘Goodland’ wood burning hot tub. It heats relatively quickly and is not dependent on electricity. We supply wood and kindling and will even light your first fire for you (by arrangement) so it’s hot for you when you arrive.

The queen size bed located upstairs in the sleeping loft is 100% Latex and has crisp cotton sheets, down pillows, comforters and netting. Downstairs is a comfortable seating area. 

We have heaters to keep you cozy for those chilly nights, and cool mountain breezes and fans to cool you in summer. Best of all you have your own private Hot Tub for your enjoyment! Please come prepared for inclement weather... Although heated, The Bali House has a gravel floor and is not insulated.

Please Note: The bathroom and kitchenette are located a short walk away (bathrobes provided) in our Historic Barn and where the horses will keep you company. You may see us and other guests working with the horses, cleaning stalls, etc... However, the kitchenette and Barn Bathroom is for for your exclusive use.

Explore private trails right from the property. And the amazing nearby waterfalls. Including Abiqua Falls just up the road, and 'The Trail of Ten Falls' at Silver Falls St. Park.

The 'Bali House' and surrounding yard are private. We do live on site and are available throughout your stay, but we will not disturb you. 

As a working 67 acre organic farm, the property is very rural, but only an hour outside Portland, Oregon. 

The Farm is also conveniently located close to several towns including Mount Angle and the cool little town of Silverton, Oregon.

Silverton has several excellent restaurants, great brew pubs, a seasonal farmer's market, and shopping. It is also home of The Oregon Gardens, a world class botanical garden.

Crooked Finger Farms has great history. The Farm and surrounding acreage was homesteaded in the late 1850’s-1860’s. You can still pick the fruit from the original heirloom apple and pear trees! The farmhouse, historic barn and outbuildings were built as a dairy in 1915.

Abiqua Falls is just a few miles up the road. Not to be missed!

Luna Lake Vineyard Camp

We are a family-run vineyard and winery. Our property is diverse, hosting vineyard, gardens, forest and a small lake. The Luna Lake campsite is private, peaceful and a great spot to see wildlife or stargaze.

Silver Falls State Park, U-pick berry farms, The Oregon Garden and a number of magical swimming holes are nearby.

This gazebo would be super useful for more people!

I decided to sleep on a thermarest and sleeping pad because the weather was so nice!

The Enchanted Forest AND Salem, our capitol is only minutes away!     There are plenty of recreational opportunities such as hiking, biking or kayaking nearby.    Or Perhaps  you just want to read or simply relax?    Whether you prefer boondocking or are finding RV parks overcrowded and expensive... if you don't need hookups we have just the spot!    Please don't hesitate to message me if you have any questions at all. There are lots of special circumstances we can accommodate.  Such as you are in an RV but want to set up a tent for the kids?  Or you have a group of several smaller to mid size RVs. We can probably fit you all in easily.
