Jered and Stefanie’s site was absolutely perfect! The site was very easy to access, quiet, and very private. The view was phenomenal with the addition of a brilliant sunset. The cemetery next door was so interesting to walk through with unique history of the area. Although they had had a lot of rain the site was totally dry. We will be back!

Jered and Stefane have spectacular views of the surrounding farmland and the little town of Brownsville from their Hipcamp! Our camp spot was level, well maintained, and equipped with all the basics for camping. We loved having some open space to take our German Shepherd off leash. Randy’s Coffee shop in town is a walkable distance away and has the best scones ever! We would definitely visit Jered and Stefanie’s Hipcamp again!

Jered is always very communicative and quickly quickly answers any questions you may have. They have continued to make improvements to the property, including widening the access to the site for better access for motorhomes. The location is not too far off I-5. It’s peaceful and has a nice view from the pad. The historical Pioneer Cemetery right next-door adds a few acres of birding habitat in season, which is a plus for me. We will be back.

This site has a nice hillside view overlooking open fields, with some wooded tracts. Jered is a kind and considerate host who made sure we got situated and had what we needed. We had a peaceful night and the area is good for birdwatching as well. I was entertained by a cloud of Pine Siskins and spotted a Townsend‘s Warbler as well.

Full 50amp RV hookups located on a hillside overlooking farmlands. Property is situated on 14 acres bordering the Historic Pioneer Cemetery (don’t think creepy, think rad historic gravesites from late 1800’s to current times. Many Veterans honored to live there). Beautiful sunsets to the west and is 1.25 miles from downtown Brownsville, a quaint historic town of 1700 people located on the Calapooia River which flows through town and surrounds our 30+ acres Pioneer Park. Our community has many events such as Carriage Me Back (1923 themed festival - early May), Pioneer Picnic (Parade, festival - June), Rally on the River (Vintage Trailers - July), City-Wide Garage Sale (July), Stand By Me (1986 movie partially filmed here - Late July), Antique Fair and Classic Car Show - Early August), etc. Wonderful business to support and 30 minutes to Eugene/Albany.

The road department put a sign up that makes our neighbors road look like it should be Crawfordsville Dr. NO GATE If you see a gate you are at the wrong driveway. Again NO GATE 5 Acers of woods, 1 Acer of field/grassland, and one are on the hill with gravel for up RV's. Property is only 0.35 miles from Calapooia river access (local secret spot). 1 mile to McKercher Park and additional river access. General store 0.75 miles away. Next to the historic Crawfordsville Covered Bridge. 8 miles from Brownsville, this town has been featured in multiple movies. 13.8 miles from Foster lake. At the bottom of the property there is a tree house, fire pit, and large grass field that could accommodate 20+ tents. Upper area is a rock parking area with RV hook ups. gas firepit, gas BBQ, and picknic table. I only rent to one group at a time. Rarely camping there when campers are there but father is on site (the grey house) to assist if needed.

Our family "Riverhouse" is one of my favorite places in the world. We use it to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday professional life. The town of Harrisburg is such a cool, easy-going, quaint place to spend some time. Accessibility is one of its' key assets. Harrisburg has a few family owned places to eat at, and a few shops to explore. It's a one light town, but that is why we love it here. The river is my favorite part. I sit for hours on end, watching the water flow by. Fishing, rafting/floating, and wading in the water are all fun things to do here. If you are looking for something just to get off the highway for the night, or for a longer stay, this is a great quiet place to be. Learn more about this land:This listing is for access to a 50ft. long full hook-up RV pad. This does not include access to the house that sits on the property. Conveniently located off of historic 99 hwy., our property is one of only 12 properties located right on the Willamette River in Harrisburg Oregon. Our vacation home "Riverhouse" has a dedicated RV pad with full electric/sewer/water and WIFI hook-ups that can accommodate up to a 50ft. RV. Enjoy our amazing views of the Willamette river on our 500 sqft. custom Japanese Cedar deck located right on the water. Take a 2 minute walk to downtown Harrisburg and enjoy the local eateries and shops. Float or fish the Willamette River! The best part will be relaxing afterwards, enjoying the postcard sunsets. Also, our location is conveniently located halfway between Eugene and Corvallis for sport venues for the University of Oregon and Oregon State.
