Weekend Trip to Pocono Cabin With No Name

My friend and I decided to do a very last minute weekend visit to the cabin with no name and Kat was super responsive and helpful. We loved the openness of the space and how it still felt warm and cozy. All the windows let us still feel connected to the surrounding trees while staying warm in the evening. The little decorative objects, books, and items felt like a portrait of the cabin. We both hope to come back again for a longer visit in the future.

Weekend Trip to Pocono Cabin With No Name

We had an incredible time at the cabin. It’s somehow simultaneously spacious and cozy, and Kat was super responsive. We really enjoyed grilling on the fire pit and walked the trail (a little challenging in the rain but gorgeous). There were lots of books, records, and games to play and the fresh eggs we added on from Kat were delicious. We’d absolutely come back!

Weekend Trip to Solace Cabinette

We had the most amazing two night stay here! The cabin was super cute and privately nestled in the woods, even without cover from the trees yet, in early March. We spent our days hiking the Appalachian Trail in Swatara State Park, which is a short drive away, picked up the most tasty pasta diner from Bunkerhill Fire Company one night and enjoyed being unplugged under the stars. Weather was below freezing and it was chilly in the cabin at night but we brought a small propane heater and a good supply of blankets that kept us warm, along with a fire in the fire pit. Karen was kind and responsive, including in the evening when we locked ourselves out of the cabin. Highly recommend!

This campground was exactly as stated and pictured. Tent sites are located on the water which was really cool. The host was super nice and helpful. The portable toilets were the cleanest I’ve seen anywhere which was unexpected but truly appreciated. Thanks for the memories.

Weekend Trip to West Creek Campground

My wife and I stayed at the Dwellings at West Creek Campground, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The facilities were one of the cleanest I have ever seen throughout my entire life, and the host was very nice and flexible. The weekend we were there was very cold, so we ended up spending a lot of our time inside the shelter, but the experience was still amazing. Would definitely camp here again in the near future.

Gated community, each site was nice and flat, we needed a winter camping location and it was great that they are open all year round. Nice club house with shower, a few activities for the kids and laundry if needed.

Weekend Trip to Pocono Cabin With No Name

Perfect cozy cabin for a weekend getaway!! The instructions on how to get there were very clear. Everything was clean and ready for us. Fresh folded towels for the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, mixing bowls, and anything you would have in a kitchen back home! We had fun with the puzzle and mancala by the fire when the snow was too much to hike in. We even saw some animal tracks coming right up to the door at night! The back of the property was so peaceful to hike and the frozen waterfalls were beautiful. Kat was so responsive when we had a problem and came right over to help us out! My only regret is not staying long enough!! We will definitely be back!! 10/10 host and cabin🖤🖤

We had an excellent time staying at Bell’s Cabin. David was a great host and the property is beautiful. We are already talking about when we can visit again. Our trip was very relaxed, playing board games and enjoying the cabin fireplace. The full kitchen was clean and well-stocked with equipment. The cabin was very comfortable, with multiple nice beds and a very nice bathroom. It’s clear that the property is well-taken care of. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxed and comfortable time in the woods.

The RV had everything me and my family of 4 needed! Queen bedroom and two bunk beds. Everything was very clean and organized. The host even started us off with some firewood. We ended up having hotdogs and nachos outside and cozied up indoors for game night afterward. It’s also really close to Blue Mountain, we had gone snowtubing that morning. Comfortable night stay. The location of the campground is close to the freeway so it doesn’t have that forest seclusion if you don’t mind. We had access to the clubhouse with public restrooms and showers and a game room with a pool table for $2 per play. it was a great experience!

Rustic tent sites and log cabins on nearly 400 acres nestled in the Appalachian Mountains. The property has been in our family since the late 1800's, initially operating as an ochre mill. We are near the historic town of Jim Thorpe, Whitewater Rafting Adventures, Hickory Run State Park, Lehigh Gorge State Park, Tuscarora State Park, and more. ***PLEASE READ BELOW AND READ EACH SITE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING*** - Our tent sites are rustic with NO electric or running water. Cabins have electric, but no indoor plumbing. Porta-Johns are available throughout the grounds. (Some sites are closer to port-a-johns than others.) We do not provide potable water or showers for tent campers but we allow responsible use of the stream for cleaning. Cabins have a rustic outdoor shower available May-October. Please inquire for camper vans and pop ups. - FIREWOOD: Due to the threat of invasive pests, we do not allow firewood to be transported onto the grounds. We have firewood for sale for $7 per crate. You can pick and crate your wood at the wood pile on the grounds at your convenience. Please bring cash if possible or get in touch at the end of your stay to pay via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. -We have a variety of wildlife in the area, including BLACK BEARS. Please follow 'Leave No Trace' protocols and be mindful of trash and food throughout your stay. Keep your coolers in your vehicles and take garbage to the dumpster frequently. We have a dumpster available to you on the grounds. -Check in is contactless.
