Kevin was very quick to respond to any question I had. The cabin is very modern and clearly has been updated recently. The backyard is private with a hot tub. I hike the D and H trail which is very close by and stopped at buck falls, both nice stops.

This was the perfect cozy spot for a getaway. I only stayed one night and regretted not having a second night booked. I was able to relax after a long hike, and the owner was responsive and so sweet by offering me a late checkout. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to return!

This is a beautiful and comfortable cabin. The outside is excellent with a nice patio, fire pit, plenty of firewood, and a hot tub. The owner is very responsive and provided clear instructions for check in and check out. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

We had an amazing stay at this house over the weekend! Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, making it both beautiful and incredibly cozy. The atmosphere is so inviting; it truly feels like a home away from home. One special touch was the little kitten living underneath the house—such a sweet addition! It would be wonderful if future guests could leave a little treat for him. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

While dogs are welcome, they are not permitted on the bed. Additionally, smoking is not allowed inside the A-frame. Please refrain from playing loud music and be respectful of our neighbors' tranquility. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay. House Rules: - Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. - Please respect the neighbors and maintain a low noise level during these hours. - Parties and events are not allowed unless explicitly approved by the host. - Ensure the door remains closed when the air conditioning or heating is on. Fire Pit Use and Safety: - A fire pit is available for guest use. Guests are responsible for using the fire pit safely and must follow all local fire regulations and any property-specific instructions provided. - Fires must be kept small and contained within the fire pit. The fire should never be left unattended, and water or an extinguisher must be kept nearby. Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the area or going to sleep. - Never leave the fire unattended. Ensure the fire is completely out before leaving the area. Please adhere to any local fire regulations and burn bans. - Do not burn any materials other than firewood. The use of flammable liquids or other accelerants is strictly prohibited. - The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from the use of the fire pit. Guests use the fire pit at their own risk and assume all responsibility for its safe operation. - Tip: Choosing the right wood is an important part of fire pit safety, and that means using seasoned hardwoods. DO NOT USE Pine as it burns significantly faster and hotter than many other varieties of lumber, making it a poor choice for fire pits. There are no lifeguards on duty, and guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party, including children. - The host assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or deaths resulting from the use of the paddle boat, swimming, or any water-related activities. Guests agree to release the host from any liability related to such activities Grill: Clean the grill grates with the brush provided. Dispose of any charcoal ashes in the designated bin.
