Our secluded Tipi was hand made by us. The wood used for the Tipi poles and outhouse was harvested from this property. The Tipi sits on a wooden platform off the ground. You will love the convenience and location. Located 1 exit off 1-59/

For your convenience There is air/heat in the Tipi. 3 gallons of spring water from a local spring, cooler with ice, snacks, assortments of coffees, teas, 1 bottle of wine, ( each night) bedding, pillows, blankets, tableware, lanterns/ candles, a pot, local maps ,brochures and travel tips, toiletries, towels, soap, shampoo/ conditioner, fire wood, s'mores kit, marshmallow roasters, fire starters, propane gas grill, grill utensils, 2 camping chairs all included. A perfect Birthday/ Anniversary / date night / couples celebration/ happy retreat ect Surprise on arrival for additional fee. There is a fire pit with free fire wood, picnic table, cute outhouse only 4 steps away from Tipi with a composting toilet, camping water heater for the hot shower with a 30 gallon gravity fed spring water tank for the shower and sink. Jacuzzi also steps away from tipi. Tipi is off grid but has electricity using generator and battery pack. A small creek below the tipi with a seasonal flow.

Five Guest Glamping Cabins (three with queen-sized beds and two with two twin beds) are available on-site at the Haven Village in East Tennessee. Each cabin is limited to two guests and there is no additional fee for the second person. Cabins are simply decorated with basic a focus on non-toxic bedding including hemp wool mattresses, wool pillows, organic linens and towels.
Weekend Package (includes tour & some shared meals) and Meal Plans (for training and events) are an additional cost and need to be added for each person. All bookings must be approved and a $22-month Private Membership Fee per booking is required. All guests must sign our Guest Agreements and Liability Waiver upon arrival.
Please note there is a $100 refundable security deposit applied one day prior to arrival and refunded two days after departure to cover any cost for damaged to the property including our organic hemp linens, comforters or lost keys.
