Our little slice of wooded privacy gives the feeling that you’re out in the country, while being a mile or two from all the best restaurants, stores, shopping centers and of course lovely lake Conroe. Waterpointe center is one mile from our driveway. There you’ll find CVS, Starbucks, boutiques, restaurants, salons and a beautiful river walk along the lakes shoreline. Once you settle in to your comfy glamping, home away from home, Feel free to use the poolside fire pit. Or if weather permits, the swimming pool is always a great place to relax and unwind. There’s a nearby pond that hosts home many types of wildlife. Don’t be surprised to see groups of deer wandering around the property. They’re harmless and timid. And they love fruit any veggie scraps you might want to toss in the woods for them. There’s a large walk-in port a poty just a few yards from the tent.

A peaceful campsite in the country. Our campsite is on a private 1 acre section near our residence. You can enjoy watching the wildlife or stargazing at night. On site, you will have a cozy bed, hammock swings, outdoor shower, fire pit with grill, and an outhouse. Access to the nearby creek is just minutes away. The Magnolia is a great place to escape from the city. Some of the wildlife you may see or hear are cows, squirrels, rabbits, owls, coyotes and our free range chickens. We do ask that you give us a heads up if you plan to brings dogs so we can keep them in their coop for the day. Enjoy the stars from the hammock swings or lay a blanket out in the grass. The property borders a small creek and has abundant trees, and wildlife. Beautiful views from every vantage with a high field on one half of the property and a low bottom land near the creek where there are many options for a relaxing, private stay. Chose big sky or a more secluded spot. Incredible wildflowers on display in the spring. The property is not bordered by close neighbors or dense housing, just more land so sunsets and rises are wonderful and open. Low ambient light pollution at night means the stars are very bright (and so are the fireflies)! Guests are required to communicate estimated time of arrival well in advance. When arriving, make sure to meet Aaron or a designate at the red gate before entering further into the property. If tent camping, please do not bring glass containers, also you must pack out all garbage and waste. Inquire ahead of time to see if firewood is available to be gathered on site, or if you will need to bring your own. No uninvited guests without 24 hour prior approval, and additional guest fees paid. Also please no more than one dog per site.
