Two years ago I bought this property, cleaned it up and changed an old local 1930s grocery store into my pottery studio. I continue to try to be a good steward to this little piece of land with very big trees. One side faces my studio with drive through access to a bunkhouse and hookups and the other is tent camping with room to explore. With a dog yard available you will be able to relax and enjoy.Learn more about this land:Part meadow part stand of very tall trees, over 70 years old with birds, hummingbirds, deer.  Choose to camp there or in a wheelchair excessable drive next to a 1940 era grocery store that is now my pottery studio. A large bunkhouse is also on site in case of rain, if not rented. Large RVs will park in the front of the property. Tent camping is in the meadow with water and fire circle.  /p&gt;

Wild WA Coast Lookout ($75 - $125)

Welcome to Aliya Preserve.  Originally owned by the developers of Kalaloch Lodge, this was slated to be an expansion site for the resort. That development would have drastically changed the land.

Adam & Sara purchased the property in 2018 to preserve it.  We enjoy sharing it with nature aficionados who respect the sacredness of the unblemished land and help us keep it pristine.

From your mossy bank perched above the panoramic Pacific, beneath burley spruce tree boughs, magic sunsets unfold at your own super-private and secluded campsite with fire-pit.

Adjacent to Olympic National Park, this is the same beach and bluff that defines Kalaloch, LaPush and and other wild Washington coastal icons.

As the stewards of this land, we are now inviting respectful and responsible small groups and families to share its beauty.  Without prior approval we allow only eight people per group— even when split between campsites. 

Please make sure to check the site *title* for number of campers allowed in each site.  For example only two people are allowed in sites 1 and 4.  

Up to two dogs are allowed per site for a $25 perpup fee, which must be paid in the "extras" section at checkout {dogs enjoy the beach the most!!}

Adam has this super cool firewood shed on site. Buy wood by the 5gal bucket for only $5!

'Hipcamp Site #1' is nestled on the Northernmost section of the property on a bluff above the beachfront.

Site #2, although not quite as large as Site #1, is still very spacious!

A short walk down a path to the West end of the property awards sandy toes and big smiles.

Having an entire Olympic beach to yourself is something special.

Relax by the river all night. Grab your cooler, camping chair, snacks and chill out by the river with a campfire and natural beauty. The river is a short walk away from camp. Fire pit located in designated area. 

Hoh River Campsites

Come and take in the beauty of the expansive Hoh Rain Forest! This property is located along the lower Hoh River and features old growth maple trees, large ferns, and walking forest-to-river trails! Campsites are a short walking or driving distance to the river. We are only 5 miles from Ruby Beach, and 10 miles from Kalaloch. We offer guided Scenic River Floats down the Hoh River during the months of May-July. Best way to explore the Hoh river is to float it! 

This is truly a great location for a rustic, in the thick of nature experience. We offer campsites for Motorhomes, RV's, Travel Trailers, and Tents, so however you hope to get outside, we can accommodate!

Campsite 3 provides a large enough spot for groups, rv's, travel trailers, and tents. Has a designated fire pit. These campers used the entire site for their tent, brought their corn hole game, and had a great time!

Try to spot the local elk herd. They could be anywhere on the property at anytime!

Capa Campground

Private property along the Quinault River between NFS land and Olympic National Park, adjacent to Colonel Bob Wilderness and just past The Quinault Nation reservation.

Homesteaders came here in 1890, prior to that there was no human habitation. A perfect base camp to explore the many varied facets of the West side of the Olympic Peninsula. The campsites are on acreage of a very small off-grid farm. Relax and forget the stress.

There are 6 tent sites and 2 small RV sites. Toilets are available, as well as trash bins, potable water, and picnic tables. We do not allow pets.

Guests love staying here: "This spot was everything we were hoping for and more! Awesome location near everything in Quinault. Received a fun, short tour of the property from our hosts who are incredibly nice.

 The campsite was tidy and exactly what we imagined. Plenty of room

between us and our neighbors, and we barely knew that they were there. The outhouse is basic but clean and charming.

Imagine the friendliness of staying at a distant cousin's organic farm, with the facilities of a top-notch campsite. Only regret was that we were crashing there quickly, and weren't able to stay longer and relax on-site. If the description on the website seems like what you're looking for, I would highly recommend this location."

The Old KC

Family property for almost 70 years. Town was known as Carlisle in the late 1800's to early 1940's. Located on the Carlisle Gardens Road. Private 30 acres with 100+ blueberry bushes. Great property for a nature walk. Seasonal plants. Harrier Falcon, Eagles, Turkey Vultures, Barn Owls, White Owls, Grouse just to name a few of the birds around. An occassional rabbit or 2.
