The CAMPGROUND at Cedar Star Ranch is located in a private and heavily forested area of the property. Currently, the grounds are available to rent individually or in its entirety. The campground includes two covered 12’x20’ shelters one holds an inflatable tent positioned below, one 8'x16' cabin, and three tent sites. Each site has a fire pit, picnic tables, room for additional tents, and parking as well. Surrounding the sites is a playground, covered community cooking/dining with multiple BBQs and smoker, a pond, open fields, and a quaint dog park. All amenities are easily accessible by the road that loops through the campground. This listing is for the CAMPGROUND ONLY. The property has other homes available for rent including a large home (sleeps 16), a smaller home (sleeps 4), and an indoor event venue. Additional accommodations and access may be possible as well. Camp in a private grove of trees overlooking acres of pastures with grazing sheep, miniature cattle, ponies, and horses. Depending upon the time of year, there may be lambs, newborn calves or puppies. From December to June a creek burbles by. The campsite has a gazebo with furniture and fire table. There is also a fire ring, but burn bans sometimes begin as early as the middle of June. Current burn ban rules will be posted. Acres of grass to wander through, and a Portapotty for your convenience. There is running water, but it is piped from the creek via solar-powered pump, and is not portable. Picnic tables for your use.

Baker Lake Downhill

Great for use as a base camp. Its on Baker lake road and 2 minutes from hwy 20. This makes North cascades national park and baker lake easy to get to. 2 minutes from the rails to trails. 5 minutes from prime, skagit river beaches. The property sits up on a elevated, flat plateau lending views of the cascade foothills and the the cascades themselves. Great star gazing. State forest land borders the property which makes endless wilderness for bikes and hikes. This includes xcountry single track and a black diamond downhill trail. Shallow, freezing cold creek that comes from a spring 10 minute walk from the campsites. Dogs love it. Unfortunately, no fires. Unprecedented fire threat this year. Front area, in front of the house is now off limits as there are new tenants living in the house. Campsites are in the back with privacy and room to roam. Elevated shared area in the back to catch all the views. This is a big open property with mountain views. Great star gazing. The surrounding mountains turn epic in the evenings. One clean portapotty.
