Wonderful place to stay! This calm, creative, and cute piece of paradise is the perfect place to stay for a while. The property is private and safe, the animals are adorable and funny, and Jerilyn was incredibly communicative and gave wonderful recommendation. I could not have asked for a better host and place to stay.

5 nights at Green Mountain Lookout

The moment we arrived, we knew we made the right choice. Laura's place is set in a well maintained, quiet, gated community. The camp sight feels secluded and private, while offering a level spot for any camper. If you are looking for a serene place to chill out, while enjoying the sun and the sounds of nature, this is your place. Cell service works well enough for downloading but not enough for streaming. Bonus, there are good walking trails in the local area. You can visit Mt. St. Helen's in roughly an hours drive or travel to Mt. Rainier in about 1.5 hours. I would highly recommend Laura's place. She and her family were welcoming to sharing their property while ensuring space and privacy. If we are back in this area, we will definitely stay again.

Great place to explore the nearby biking trail and rainbow falls state park. Rv hook ups worked and there was a really nice bathroom with shower. Also has creek/river access! Host was nice and came by to make sure we had the lay of the land. Highly recommend

Yurt was great, warm and comfortable. This is our 5th trip to the property and as always we enjoyed everything about this peacful retreat. From Karin and her husband to their sweet dog Molly. Enjoyed all of the birds including Osprey nesting right in front of the yurt. Simply watching the river go by and reading to the sounds of nature.

Weekend Trip to RV+ Rainbow Falls / Willapa Trails

We stayed in spot #4 in the grass at RV+ Rainbow Falls / Willapa Trails, and it was a fantastic trip! The grassy site gave us an incredible view of the night sky—stars were out in full force, and we spent hours just soaking it in. The RV spots were extremely wide, which made setting up super easy and gave us plenty of room to spread out. We loved hiking the trails on the property—they were a blast for us and our dogs, who couldn’t get enough of them. Along the way, we spotted deer, a small snake, and even a beautiful trillium bloom in the forest, which felt like a little gift from nature. Dunn Creek runs through the property, and we could hear it from our campsite, adding such a peaceful vibe. The whole farm was clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. Dan, the host, was awesome. He stopped by twice to check on us, always with a smile, and he’s seriously knowledgeable about the forest—answered all our questions like a pro. He made us feel right at home and was a huge part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. It was a great spot for our dogs too—they thrived out there on the trails. All in all, a top-notch place to park the RV and unwind. We’d definitely come back—thanks, Dan, for being such a great host!

The was a great place to come even for a rainy March getaway. It would be fantastic in nicer weather when one could have fun playing on or in the river. We saw all kinds of critters, including many, many birds. The host was super, very helpful and kind. The common area was well stocked with the things we forgot to bring. We will be back!

2 nights at WOODED CAMPERS DELIGHT

Nice quiet area, full service, power, water, sewer was great. Diane was very kind, one note we went in with a 32 foot trailer and an F250 crew cab, it was a little large combo but we made it work. Thanks again Diane.

Beautiful campsite overlooking Riffe Lake! We really enjoyed the views, proximity to town and surrounding trails and hikes like Swofford Flats and Mossyrock Park. Ike Kinswa State Park was about a 25 minute drive that had a fantastic trail by the river. Laura was so hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. The site is private and spacious which was great for our doggies! We look forward to coming back!

2 nights at Otter Pond Riverfront Getaway

I was in desperate need of some solitude and nature and staying at Trish's beautifully restored and perfectly applied trailer, on her gorgeous property was perfection. Trish was kind, responsive and thoughtful. The time by the river was so peaceful and healing. Hands down the best experience I've had through the service as well as Airbnb and VRBO.

Shawn met me on arrival, helped me position my rv on the site and get hooked up with electricity and water. Clean, level, attractive camp site. Directions accurate and easy to follow. Beautiful property, friendly and welcoming host, would highly recommend and would book again!

Weekend Trip to Batwater Station on Columbia River

Another spontaneous trip to be next to a body of water, this time is the Columbia river. Just wow! Such an amazing property Karin has, she is very responsive, friendly and overall a star host. Thanks so much for letting us immerse in nature in your beautifully maintained paradise. We’ve had a lot of animal sounds, from different birds singing, frogs chatting to howling coyotes or (maybe wolves) we dont know. We loved the outhouse with complete kitchen facilities, toilet and bathroom, that is heated! Campsites and other forms of accommodation (yurt, cabin & boathouse) were distant from each other and we felt our spot was private even though it’s in the roadway. We really loved our stay here, with the amazing sounds of nature, serenity and the views were truly outstanding! We’d love to come back.

Jerilyn was a great communicator and made the check in process easy. The property was quiet at night and a restful place for us to stay while we visited family in the area. There is a water hook up and 20 amp electric. There is a septic available to use. We will definitely come back again.

We would love to share our beautiful wooded 8 acres. We live here but your site is far enough from our house for privacy. The RV pad is surrounded by trees. Our RV space will easily park a 38ft. RV. It has full hookups with either 30 amp or 50-amp power. You are only 2 miles from shopping and only miles from Lackamas Lake and Battleground Lake for hiking, swimming, biking, boating and fishing. Down the road about 1/4 mile is Velvet Acres barn where you can buy fresh produce in July, August and September, then in October it's a Pumpkin Patch. Be sure while you’re here you visit Vancouvers waterfront downtown. Great shops and excellent places to eat. On weekends there’s a large farmers market that has all kinds of fresh produce. While here be sure to drive out to the gorge, it is one of the more breathtaking sites in the NW. We are 10 miles from the Columbia River and 36 miles from Multnomah Falls. On a nice day you can drive to the beach to cool off, it's about 90 miles to Longbeach. Being in the wetlands we have a lot of trees for privacy. The RV area is at the end of an area that is gated for security. There is a grassy area outside your door and a grassy area out back of your RV. We have trails you are welcome to use. You will see bunnies and all kinds of birds as well as deer that visit now and then. Although they have built homes on the west side the fence and trees give plenty of privacy. They recently started a home that should be done within a month. Contact me for updates. This is a perfect place if visiting the area or it’s a great place for snowbirds or workers that are in this area for weeks or months. Text me ahead for openings. The Arboretum at Bear Canyon West

This is a gorgeous park-like RV campground situated between the trees of the arboretum. No tents, please. Also we have NO public restrooms. Beautiful view of the mountains and forests here in western Washington. We are close to Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Rainier and several lakes. There are walking trails all around the site. The 12 acre campground is located on a 136 acre property that is an active Christmas tree farm. Trails continue throughout the tree farm. Many trails have a view of the Tilton River, which can be reached via a challenging 3/4 mile trail. Sites are on 10 acres planted with many different species of trees that are about 30 years old. Giant Redwoods, Cedars, and Maples are just a few of the varieties present. Part of the farm is still a working Christmas tree farm. The trails are wide and grassy. The old logging road that we use as a trail to the river has an elevation change of about 500 feet, the trail can be quite challenging. Bear Creek empties into the Tilton river at the end of the trail. There is an ART GALLERY where you can learn to pound flowers, see the host's artwork and get a cup of coffee! This is upstairs above the shop, right on the property. Tilton River Studio Gallery. Three sites have electrical hookups. RV+ Rainbow Falls / Willapa Trails

(This is a leave no trace site. You must take all of your garbage with you!) Just 1.5 hours from Seattle, Portland, Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, & Olympic National Park, just 3 minutes from Rainbow Falls State Park and 4 minutes from Willapa Biking Trail! We are located on top of Bunker Hill nestled between the Dunn creek and Chehalis river. Our property is 56 acres of mixed biomes including multi-generational forests, open meadows, and creek side trails. We are located right off Chandler Road, off of Highway 6. You turn onto Labri road (white sign) and you're on the property after going through a gate. Meander down the road past a red barn and several buildings on your right. Through the second gate, the dispersed camping site offers various sites for camping attached to a main trail that parallels the Dunn creek down to the Chehalis river. They are conveniently accessible off the logging roads which cross with Labri road after you've passed through the second gate. If you take the logging road to the left (look for a blue and white ribbon) you will come up to a tree line where you can park (another blue and white ribbon) and either take the trail to the left or right where you will find ample places to camp. You may camp along the trail or closer to the creek. The most ideal spot is right after you park near the blue and white ribbon if you walk North you'll see a site marked with an orange and white ribbon. This site has easy access to the creek but is still on a hill. There are four RV spots with full onsite hook-up. Two of the RV sites are paved and lit with ground lights and are prioritized for heavier rigs. The other two sites are on grass. We have two RV sites with no hook up (boondocking) but bathroom and shower access. We do not allow dumping of grey water or sewage at our property but there is a dump station just 1 minute away at Rainbow Falls State Park. The site is located on a hill so you get very nice view of sunsets and sunrises. For those who enjoy bird watching the nearby fruit trees bring in many birds. We are an ideal location for those who love the outdoors or just want to have private family events. 6 mi from Jones Creek Brewing, 7 mi from Evey's Cafe & Pe Ell, 20 mi from I-5, 69 mi Westport Quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am.

Batwater Station is located halfway between Portland and the Oregon Coast on the Columbia River. A private refuge where river otter, beaver, mink, muskrat, seals, raccoons along with threatened Columbia river white tailed deer can be seen. Property has 1,000 feet of boat docks, river deck, and pier. At the pier is a full kitchen, heated bathroom and shower room. Included are 2 outhouses, a fire pit for summer months, a viewing station overlooking the wetlands along with brick charcoal fired barbecue and another propane barbecue. We are committed to your privacy so guests are limited and spread out. High speed internet through out the property. Batwater worked with several agencies when we breeched a levee and flooded 26 acres for salmon and wildlife habitat. Hike along the wetlands and see beaver dams and dens. Batwater is also home for many types of birds including eagles, osprey, tree swallow, purple martins, barn swallows, wood ducks, common and hooded mergansers, mallards, scoots, scaups, grebes, cormorants, great egrets, blue herons, geese and many types of song birds . In the spring and summer see our returning osprey who have. nested on our dock since 2013. There are now 2 osprey platform since a pair of Canada geese choose that as their nesting site as well. Some bald eagles winter here but we have our resident bald eagles Hep and Hope. They arrived in 2003 to start their nest on Crims Island. They still nest there although there old nest tree collapsed in 2020. Many birds migrate here for the winter. Common mammals are river otter, mink, muskrat, raccoons, nutria, coyotes, black tailed and threatened Colombia White Tailed deer. We also are home to native turtles and frogs. Batwater is a working farm with cattle feeding on lush pastures, 2 retired horses and chickens. When eggs are available, we will share some with you. Batwater is a great place to kayak, canoe, paddle board or row during the summer months. We have windy afternoons for windsurfers or sailors. The Columbia River is well known for salmon, and sturgeon. For an extra fee you can moor your larger boat while visiting. There are a volley ball and badminton set ups along with horse shoes during the summer months. We suggest swimming during the summer months when the tide is coming in or slack. You can also walk or drive down to Mayger beach which is popular with locals. There are sandy beaches on Crims island that you can paddle over too. Check out the pictures for more information.

If you rent the trailer and are over 6'1 you wont be a happy camper! You will enjoy bugs, snakes, spiders, deer, otters, beavers, mice, bees, chickens (including a loud rooster name Jack) We live on the neighboring property, but respect your privacy. We look forward to sharing our space with you! There is a pond and river with a slippery bank full of rocks on this property. The river is a short 5 minute walk. Tennis shoes/river shoes highly advised. Please note we are 10 miles from the nearest food/gas services. Please plan accordingly. Cell service is best with AT&T, but we do have WIFI. Well house is open and has some outside games, a couple of life jackets, cooler, and misc things for you to use. Please leave the light on.

Nestled in beautiful Mossyrock, in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains just off White Pass Scenic Byway in western Washington state, Blue Sheep Farm is less than a mile away from one of the best fishing holes in the state (Swofford Pond), and from Riffe Lake’s heavily-booked Mossyrock Campground. Our 20-acre property features densely-forested mountainside trails, a seasonal creek and pond, with a variety of hardwood and evergreen trees. Surrounded on three sides by Christmas tree farms, our farm is the last bit of wilderness left in the area. Only an hour from Mt. Ranier’s legendary winter sports, with hiking, fishing and festivals all both here and nearby, our farm provides a perfect Base Camp for your any-season getaway! Your campsite has 15a power and water, and gravel parking, and is located by the beautiful Western style brown barn at the end of Naylor Road (at the "End of County Road" sign). Note that the site has been leveled but is NOT perfectly level; it is however within the typical leveling ability of RVs at the size limits stated. The farm is located on a steep hillside (12% grade); there is only so much we can do. But the stunning views more than make up for any inconvenience, in our experience. Ovis Aries is the scientific name for “domestic sheep”, and indeed, we raise Romney sheep of all colors on our farm! You may also meet our sweet and friendly Morgan Horse mare, Naya, who likes to follow visitors around like a very large dog. We also have a small orchard with apples, persimmons, cherries, blueberries, and a pear, peach and almond tree beside the barn. We farm using organic, no-till, permaculture, silvopasture and forest grazing practices, and the sheep are entirely grass-fed, producing meat of the healthiest-possible quality. If fiber arts is your jam, we have a beautiful wool workshop, with a 40" 4-shaft, 6-harness Louet Hollandia floor loom, a 32" Harp rigid heddle loom, 5 spinning wheels, a drum carder, and numerous other fiber tools for scouring, prepping, spinning, dyeing, weaving, felting and knitting wool. One on one and small group classes are available with reservations. We also have a business center, including fast StarLink Wi-Fi. Farm Tours are given on request.
