Nestled in a gated community at the base of Mt. Index and alongside the Skykomish River, our site offers a serene escape surrounded by acres of lush woods, stunning views, and direct river access. It’s the perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts, with easy access to a variety of activities including hiking, biking, climbing, and rafting. The Lake Serene and Bridal Veil Falls trailhead is just a short walk away, and other local highlights include Wallace Falls hiking trail, Heybrook Lookout Tower, and the Index Climbing Wall.

Local amenities are close by with the Index General Store just 2 miles away and Gold Bar Grocer 11 miles west.

Enjoy scheduled access to our Skykomish River Pavilion; a fenced-in area featuring a gazebo, Solo Stove fire pit, and a large propane BBQ—ideal for relaxing and socializing by the river.

Cedar River Retreat

The Cedar River Retreat is its own little oasis. Located past an old fisherman's community along the river, close to shopping and stores but tucked away from it all just enough to reconnect with nature. This plot was purchased in 2016 and we hope you have a great time creating memories like we have over the last few years. We currently have an off-grid cabin, RV site and a tent camping only site. The outdoors are for everyone! We are excited to host you soon! Happy adventuring!

First Creek Camping

Early 1900's was logging camp, railroad used to run through the property.  Long history of gold mining in the area.Learn more about this land:Open camping area surrounded by beautiful Pine trees, and a creek tocool off in. DNR land boarders the back of property endless roads and trails to walk, hike and Rockhound at First Creek.
Red top, Crystal Mtn, or Rockin Tomahawk( ellensburg blues) just 20 min away.  Just 40 min to Leavenworth Barvarian town, river rafting. 1 hr to the Gorge for concerts.
Great Gold mining just 30 min away
Can accomidate Rvs, just please call ahead if bringing one. Must enter with rv from North side hwy.
Have porta potty onsite, no electric or potable water.

Spring Creek Getaway -Lake Cle Elum

Now accepting bookings 6 months out! Spring Creek Getaway is a large, one and a half acre campsite private campsite near Cle Elum, Washington.

 Located on Spring Creek Road in Ronald, WA, it is a three minute drive to Lake Cle Elum. It is an hour and a half drive East of Seattle, and a ten minute drive to Roslyn.

There is unlimited recreation in the area, including many hiking and riding trails near by.

There is plenty of space on the property to bring your boat or ATVs (or rent from The Last Resort)! The power is 110v. We also have high speed WIFI making it easy to work from the campsite. Please note that we do not have water or sewer hookups.

There are two picnic tables and a fire pit in a large open area. There is a creek running through the property and string lights leading to it.

If you would like to use the propane fire pit table, please bring your own propane tank or you can fill up an empty one that is available at the campsite to use.

This property has been in the Buck family for 70+ years and has always been a great place for our family to come and work, relax and enjoy ourselves. We decided to start sharing this beautiful land with people wanting to “get away from it all”. This land has great sentimental value and is shared with an abundance of wildlife. Please enjoy your stay but respect our family home. 

Camp Koinonia

Camp Koinonia includes access to a full court basketball court, trout fishing pond, fun zone area for kids, heated pool June 1-Sept 30 and 80 acres of hiking trails. We also have an escape room, kayaks with lifeguard, slingshots when staff are available. Amenities are based on staffing. If you are curious what options will be available please contact the host. August & September all amenities are offered. Wood is not included but is for sale. There is a sledding/tubing hill perfect for the kids. Our property also has large areas to explore including snowshoe trails.Accommodations range from camp sites, to cabins - along with RV sites. All of our listings allow pets, campfires (when burn bans are not in place), and have toilets. Guests love staying here: "This was a great stay. So much for the kids to do and explore- fishing pond, canoes, jungle gym, life size chess, trails, teepee. Kevin was overly accommodating and available for any needs/ questions. Our trailer even got a flat tire the day we tried to leave and him and his friend helped us change the tire before leaving that day. We will stay here again!"
