Weekend Trip to The G Farm

Ever want to leave your job and unite with nature? Me too, after 10-plus years of tax preparation, I found myself with a desire to farm and to become closer to the food we take for granted. This farm is unique in that it was cleared and stripped of its topsoil and its fill was sold off to the state. What was left behind was a pond and some poor farmland. I purchased this less desirable property inexpensively and have been working tirelessly to regenerate the property to a farm that mimics nature and our natural ecosystem. I have planted over 1000 trees and perennial shrubs to move this property into an oak savannah-like natural farming system. In 2015 I purchased this property without any farming experience and have begun to transform this property into a beautiful destination. We look forward to seeing you and welcoming you into our ecosystem.

Disconnect and relax at this beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bath lake home. The private lake is stocked with fish making it great year-round. Have fun on the full-size pool table on the lower level or playing one of the myriads of games or cards. There is a large, curved screen t.v. and dozens of DVD's to choose from. Have your morning coffee watching the sunrise while looking out the new picture windows. Make your meals in a newly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen with oven, coffee maker and electric skillet. The main floor has a master bedroom with king size bed and a full bath. The second story has two additional bedrooms and full bath. One bedroom with a queen size bed, the other with 2 full sizes. There are 2 additional rollaway beds if needed. The Weber grill is fully functioning in the winter. Feel free to make a campfire if you want to brave the elements! Nearby, Westfield has a natural spring for fresh water year round, pub and grills, consignment shops and Amish market. The roads are open for ATV’s and there are snowmobile trails. This is our happy place, and we love to sharing it with others!
