Enjoy peace and tranquility on 80 acres of private land. Hook into one of our RV sites with full hookups or stay in one of our beautiful cabins with close access to the nightlife of Ft. Collins as well as the gorgeous Red Feather Lakes area and all it has to offer.  Visit Rigby's roadhouse for dinner and drinks right here on the property or take the family on a trail ride with Tattered Saddle.

Wildlife is abundant in the area and you might see deer, elk, fox, bear, hawks, and bald eagles. Close to many trails for hiking, biking, horseback riding, snow tubing, snowmobiling, fishing, backcountry skiing, hunting, and even a golf course close by.

Buford Canyon

We purchased 40 acres several years ago and built our home on the west side. We wished we could better access and appreciate the amazing views on the east side so we built two off grid cabins and a campsite. We have been encouraged to share this very special location with others.  We have found it very rewarding to share this spot with others.

Terry Bison Ranch Resort

Terry Bison Ranch has a history all the way back to the 1800's.

 The ranch was once owned by F. E. Warren (The first governor of the state of Wyoming).

 President Teddy Roosevelt was also a guest at the ranch and a picture of him in the main house, hangs on the wall in the Senators Steakhouse.

Terry Bison Ranch Resort is a functioning bison ranch with adventures to explore.  We have a bison train tour that takes you out to feed the bison, a steak house, horseback trail rides,  and plenty of animals to look at.  The dry camping is in the fields surrounding the park.

Silent "P" Ranch

My family and I built up this peice of property in the summer of 2016, we purchased it as land only and have done everything you will find here today! My husband and I built the barn and all structures! The house was the last thing to get finished, we moved in March of 2020. We raise Cattle and Bernedoodle dogs. And also enjoy training horses and competing with the Mustang Heritage Foundation. If you walk around you will see many American Mustangs! We hope you enjoy the fantastic views and the peaceful surroundings as we do!!

Ranch Lands RV

From our property you will see the Wyoming Sunrises and Sunsets at their BEST.Learn more about this land:Cliffs, Brush, Cows, Horses, Hiking, Nearby lakes, Old west history. Prairie grass.Off the beaten path but easily accessible. End of a county road that lends itself to a private  and secluded stay. Great sunsets and sunrises. 

Redstone RV Ranch

Our place is private and vast! Beautiful mountains 360 views in every direction! The celestial activity is amazing without city lights too:) 

We have a nice bar and restaurant only a mile away, "The Forks Mercantile and Saloon!" We also offer farm-to-table items, so just ask!

NO toilets or showers are provided! Self contained vehicles only. We do have an artesian well to fill with.

RV PARKING: 4 sites! Sites 1, 2 and 4 allow pets and kids. Water hook ups in site 4. Site 5 has shade from 6:30 pm on., but can only be booked without kids or pets. Yes, you can group 1-2 for larger bookings. All sites are 75 yards or more apart! Each site has a table, fire-pit, and chairs. All rigs welcome! (No showers or toilets.)

We are strict on arrival time, please be here before 8:00PM no later. 4:00, no earlier.

We will not place you after dark on our land. Check out is before 10 a.m.

You can book a fishing tour with professional guides down the Poudre, or simply just set up on our property. You can also visit two horseback-riding stables close by if you want a trail ride. Yes, we have waterfalls 3 miles down the road. All info provided when you arrive and meet. We’ll have a packet with lots of info for you upon arrival.

We love to share our land, the wildlife and birds are beautiful each day!

Our hope is that at the end of the day, your hands and feet should be dirty, your hair a royal mess, and your soul singing!
