We loved our stay!! Daryll and Keith are just phenomenal people. Waking up in a tent under an apple tree to a huge deer eating them was epic. Thank you so much. Highly recommend!!!!

Darryl was very accommodating and the site was in a great location for our explorations. The tent site wasn't super private but everyone on the property was respectful and cool.

Beautiful property. Darryl was really friendly. Close to the river. We watched a buck and a doe eat apples from the tree right next to the campsite.

Site 2 - So. Humboldt Homestead Near Town
Darryl was very communicative and informative. The campsite is very close to the Redwoods park, which was perfect as we had a morning race there. It’s on a beautiful road you can walk up and down. You will have to use a compost outhouse and you will be camping in a yard vs a park - expect playground structures etc. Overall a good experience that met our needs of being close to the park.

Scenic and peaceful!
Darryl’s land was great! I was a little worried about the roads to get there since I drive an old van but it wasn’t too bad. Not hard to find either. It’s super beautiful and Darryl is very friendly and accommodating. His cats are so sweet, especially Wonder who I got to hang out with pretty much the whole time. I spent the night in my van and it was very quiet and peaceful. I would love to come back some day, highly recommend it!

Hip camp with pets!
Meeting Daryl and finding the property was very easy. He was so nice and showed me the cabin. We felt very safe and at home. Our girl (dog) was welcomed. Daryl accommodated, all of our needs
We would definitely come back.
