SPECIAL NOTE: Please be aware the property is in the countryside and there are wild animals that can roam through the property including coyotes, wild dogs, snakes, mountain lions, etc. Please do not approach any wild animals.Opening Special! DRIVING DIRECTIONS: If your GPS asks you to take Carancho Rd, don't take it. Stay on DeLuz. Carancho Road will get you to the property, but it turns into a single lane road and will be a very bumpy experience. Not great in an RV or small sedan. WHAT SETS US APART: We have both RV and tent camping. Rv sites have water and electric hookups. PRICING: Many of our campsites are large enough to accommodate larger groups up to 10 people. To be fair in pricing to both the intimate small groups of two or three people as well as the larger groups, we have set our pricing to reflect a per person rate. We have a base rate that reserves the campsite and accommodates two adult guests. Each additional guest is $20/ person per night. Kids under 10 years old, are only $5/ per person per night. Dogs, and other family pets stay for free! CHECK-IN: Between 2PM - 8PM. CELL RECEPTION: Cell reception is currently pretty spotty. WATER: We have several fresh spring well water spigots throughout the property to fill up your RVs or use for washing and bathing. We recommend bringing your own drinking water. FIRES: Campfires are permitted at the property unless there is a fire ban in affect or high winds are expected. Wood burning fires must be kept in the designated fire pit, never left unattended and throughly extinguished. Remember the s’mores and always follow the “Leave No Trace” principles. There are large trash bins by the entrance. We look forward to hosting you in Farm Country!

I got this campsite for my friends who were visiting. We got lost on the way there at night. Both cars' GPS was way off and we were driving lost for 2 hours in the middle of nowhere with no service. I was by myself and almost called emergency services since that's all my phone could do. It was really scary getting lost back there. Don't follow GPS to get there. I messaged the host before we left and then again later in the night and didn't hear back. We ended up having to get a hotel for the night. The next day we found a friend who happened to know the area and she drove us in. It was easy to get there if you come from fallbrook. It's just one road directly there. I messaged the host again and did not hear back. The campsite was fine. My friends who's stayed there said the host was nice and helpful. There was only one toilet for the whole campgrounds and it was dirty with no soap or toilet paper. It was sporadically cleaned. I reserved the spot for 4 nights, and the host never once responded to my messages during our stay. We ended up leaving a night early. It just bothered me the host didn't respond to my concerns, also the fact that I almost had to sleep in my car that first night, and the lack of bathrooms made it just not a great experience.

We enjoyed camping at Fall's. We had plenty of shade. There are plenty of sites for you to choose from, and some have electricity, which is a bonus. The warm bath was a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

This is a really amazing campsite! They really have everything you need - super nice bathrooms and showers, water, electricity, and even a dump station. The views are beautiful too, with hills all around the property, and lots of unique plants around. It was really peaceful and quiet, and I definitely recommend staying here!

A fun experience. Not as private as expected. Restroom and showers are in the same room so when someone would lock the door it was locked to the whole campground.
