Private Riverfront site on the Santa Fe river. This is NOT an RV site next to a dwelling! We offer a spacious 2 acre and private river front retreat with a covered boat dock. Located on the spring fed Santa Fe River just upstream from the crystal clear Ichetucknee River. We offer two covered RV pads with full 50/30 amp; water/sewage hook ups. Price is for one RV site. Tent camping is only allowed in addition to a RV or travel trailer as there are no bathroom facilities. Contact us for details and to reserve the second covered site for larger groups of extended family and friends. Enjoy kayaking and swimming in the river or relaxing on the covered boat dock (boat ramp 0.8 mi away). Don't have a kayak, don't worry, you can rent one of ours. Use one of three fire pits included with the space or cook a meal down by the water on the park quality in-ground charcoal grill. Access to the neighborhood parks is included. Hodor and Point park are on the Ichetucknee river for private tube runs. Access to dock may be limited during extreme high water. Bring your boat and invite your friends and family to this one-of-a-kind property! Look out for:- Deer, Manatee, Turkey, Opossums, Raccoons, Otters, Beavers, Turtles, Snakes, Alligators, Mosquitoes, Lizards, Cicadas, Flies, Frogs, Fish, Owls, Too many types of birds to count.Site #1 is closest to the water. It is a large 30'x60' Covered concrete pad with a fire ring, water, 50A & 30A power and septic. A gas grill, outdoor sink, disc golf and horseshoes are provided. Both sites share access to the floating dock, and waterfront fire pit and charcoal grill.

Great location right in the river with plenty of river access options in the neighborhood. Such an easy set up backing into covered concrete pad .

Cool off from the summer heat!
Perfect private property for the whole family to enjoy Ichetucknee. We arrived and immediately jumped in the river and enjoyed kayaking. Having the second spot allowed for my parents to meet us there and the covered concrete pad worked great for our 43 foot fifth wheel and their large A-class. One of the best amenities is the exclusive members only access to tube float the springs less than 10 minutes away. We will be back!

Private Covered Riverfront RV Site
Jerry’s is a beautiful, private spot right on the water. We’ve Rv camped in this neighborhood before. It was a RV pad right next to someone’s house. At Jerry’s you have the whole place to yourself. Having the Rv cover and concrete pad with amenities was a big plus.We were able to hang out during the rain. Able to hose off before getting back into the Rv after swimming a paddling The dock allowed us to swim and get out of the water easily. Jerry communicated quickly and throughly enough that we didn’t need him for any extra instructions or help. ( he had everything covered in the messages. Having kayaks available instead of bringing our own was super convenient. The neighborhood has its own parks on the water and tube launch they are an easy walk . Paddled East from Jerry’s and there is a spring a short distance away. Can’t wait to come back and explore the Sante Fe and Ichetucknee some more. Thanks for sharing your space with us Jerry !
