We are passionate makers of things: literary, painterly. Carpentry and upcycling. We've at least 2 big noisy & friendly dogs at one time on about five wooded acres. All in a tiny 'hill town' in the gorgeous Berkshire foothills. Surrounded by sprawling old apple orchards, pick-ur-own berry spots. Hiking and biking. Maple sugaring and XC skiing nearby.Take a break from hard core camping and sleep in a comfortable queen-size bed (and/or loft futons) in our 401-friendly Magic Cabin in the Woods. Wood stove. Full bath and small kitchen. Living room with flat screen to watch DVDs. Books to read. Semi-private wooded backyard. Perfect for good dogs, mushroom hunters, writers, art enthusiasts, psychonauts, solo travelers.

Witchy Cabin in the Woods
I just drove up from living in Florida my first night in Massachusetts in a rustic New England home that is very well kept you can feel the love and hard work that was put into this magical home it’s exactly what I needed it’s so quiet I’ve been sitting by the wood burning stove I don’t need a tv or radio I’m totally decompressing to start my new journey in New England

Witchy Cabin in the Woods
Serene & Colorful Woodland Escape
Incredible, magic, and beautifully witchy. We LOVED our stay here!! Aina and Marge are lovely hosts and the cabin has absolutely everything you’d want and more. We are used to more primitive style camping, so this elegant, artistic cabin felt divine. The easy-access to local trails, ponds, and peaks make it an excellent option for any woodland wanderer. Ten minutes away is the Granville Gorge, an easy trail right next to Munn Brook with stunning views and a place or two to slash around in. It’s so abundantly clear this forest hideaway has seen many loving and artistic hands and hearts over the years. It was a pleasure being a small part of the journey. Thanks to Aina and Marge again. We will definitely be back.
